Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington County

Jen's place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding weekend and the apartment had everything we needed, with the added bonus of a cute little patio area for us to lounge by during our downtime. Everything was super clean and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet and made us feel very relaxed. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Jen's!

Had an excellent stay here. Host was responsive. Unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, the works. Host was also responsive to questions and what not. It was also a plus that there was so much space to spread out for a couple nights and they didn’t price gouge like most of the other alternatives in the area. If there was one note to make that isn’t in their control, it’s that the street outside is super busy. Must just be something about the location but the traffic was non stop. But that didn’t affect our sleep or anything. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

We loved staying in Lisel’s place. It was spotless, quaint and well equipped. The location was excellent, a few blocks from great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The yard was amazing along a pond, so quiet and peaceful and we had are dedicated Adirondack chairs! Highly recommended!

Extremely clean, close proximity to downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

Karissa and Ed(x2) put up with a lot of my crap while I was in a very bad place in my life. I feel bad for not being functional basically at all during this period but I think they understood and went out of their way to see my side. The place is wonderful and great value of space for the money (monthly discount). Full gas stovetop, large fridge and a Keurig, I will say again it is a wonderful place. The backyard is great too, and you have access to the garage+ parking which is great as well. This was the darkest period in my life but they went out of their way to understand. And im grateful for that, and apologize for the way I behaved in this time.

Hosts are responsive and friendly. Really easy/cozy space to facilitate a weekend in the Narragansett area.

Patricia was responsive. The apartment was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable and private. This is a full size apartment with plenty of room. The garden at the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Now let’s talk about location. Take a short walk to a breathtaking park or a 10 minute walk into town. Whether you want to have dinner or enjoy shops and bookstores, this is the place to be. I absolutely loved it. Patricia is a great host. I highly recommend this property.

We went to Erika's place for a couple's weekend away in Mystic. We needed a place that would allow dogs and wouldn't charge incredible rates for a pup. This place is positioned far enough from Mystic that you do not get caught up in traffic but is still easily accessible to get to town. We walked to Nana's for pizza, enjoyed the sunrise from Stonington Point and got lost in the quaint little town of Mystic. And when we were all walked out- we came back to the cozy airbnb- enjoyed the outside patio, watched football in the living room and just had very enjoyable time. If we come back to the area, we would for sure hit Erika back up to stay at The Nest again. Thank you for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay in Narragansett! Amanda and Eric were responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Their place was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, with attention to every little detail that made the space feel cozy and relaxing. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway — close to the beach, great restaurants, and peaceful surroundings to unwind and catch up. We truly appreciated how well cared for the home felt. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming and convenient stay in Narragansett!

Amazing area, and best house to stay in. So close to town and the house was perfect for my family and I!

We were in town for URI orientation. We visited Newport (which is super close) and went back and forth to campus. The house was perfect, extremely clean and location can’t be beat!

The host was very kind and responsive during our stay. They were upfront that they were having issues with the elevator and refunded a portion of the cost of our stay. The location is beautiful and is ~5 min walk from the beach. I would recommend this place for a large group - plenty of space and looks just like the photos! Things to note: - It is about a 30 minute drive from Newport. Great location. - There is no shampoo or body soap, so would recommend to bring your own. - The host is very responsive and kind!

The house was beautiful and scenery breathtaking. We loved watching the ice fishing, skating and go carting on the lake! We even went out on the frozen lake! It was close to my daughter’s home in Voluntown…. Only 4 minutes away! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond as we were there to celebrate my granddaughters’ first birthday! They left a gift for her and some welcome gifts for us too! Amazing!! They brought a table and chairs for extra seating!! Phil and Staci were amazing hosts and always responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This house was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to visit our daughter at URI. It is close to campus and many restaurant choices. The home was exactly as described, very clean and the location is private but close to everything. Michaela is a very responsive host and it was very clear to me that she wants her guests to be comfortable and feel at home! I would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a great stay at Kaitlyn's house. Communications with Kaitlyn were kind and thoughtful and the details in the home show the same care. It was a nice home base to explore Mystic and Westerly. We would definitely stay again!
