Monthly Rentals in Warner Springs

This is a fun place! As another reviewer noted, this place is great if you want the camping experience of peace, quiet, and solitude, without all the planning involved in that. The bed is comfy, the door locks (which makes you feel safe at night - vs a zipped tent), and the external bathroom is charming with HOT shower water! There is a cold fridge and a cooler provided. Bring your own ice and firewood! If you are not into roughing it in any way, shape, or form, this will not be a great stay for you. It’s “funky” in a way I love, but I know is not for everyone. I think these kinds of dwellings take a LOT to keep up, so it makes sense that there some plaster is flaking off the external walls, etc. That does not deter from enjoyment, but I do imagine it was even cooler when it was first constructed!

Silence is so healing!!!! And welcome! The porch deck was my hangout! I loved that there were 2 desks, worthy of a laptop, in living room and main bedroom! Not fancy at all. Just very homey. Lovely. So many windows to see all of nature just outside!

What an amazing place! So peaceful, cozy, and a perfect place to relax. Dee is so sweet and thoughtful, such a wonderful hostess— she offered to escort us up from the main highway to the property because we were getting in late in the dark, which was such a kind and helpful gesture! If you’re looking for the perfect place to get away, decompress, and appreciate some of the best stargazing you’ve ever seen, this is the place! I couldn’t recommend Dee’s casita enough!! (PS. The bed has a memory foam mattress and is SO comfy!!!) Thank you Dee for a fantastic stay!

I travel because it brings me to places that feel like home…. Wholly Hideaway felt like home. The check-in instructions were clear with written directions and detailed pictures to follow. The home was in perfect condition and looked exactly like the pictures. Jeshanah and her family left dog bowls, dog beds, and toys for our two pups upon arrival. Wholly Hideaway is peaceful and is a breath of fresh air from the hustle/bustle of life. We travel a lot and have stayed at many places but Wholly Hideaway is a place that we will never forget. Wholly Hideaway gave me time to reconnect with nature and focus on what matters most. Jeshanah and her family were absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating beyond what they had to and made sure our stay was magical. I cannot brag on this place enough…if you are even THINKING about booking…just do it! You won’t regret it! <3.
