Monthly Rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

Beautiful oasis in the city, just a few walking minutes from public transportation. Outside of the hustle bustle, but close enough to all of the restaurants/attractions. The house was equipped with everything plus a little extra to make it comfortable. Great spot, would love to stay again!

2 min walk away from St. Charles Ave and convenient Streetcar (Trolly) stop. Within 10min to free parking at Caesars Casino on CANAL ST. with only 30min of gameplay before leaving (players card needed/free) St. Charles Ave is perfect for a beautiful run/walk with gorgeous homes and and beautiful scenery. 18min Uber to St. Louis Cathedral/French Qtr. Comfortable stay, Tall Ceilings, plenty of natural light, Comfortable memory foam top mattress, big shower, perfect patio with comfortable reading chairs (awesome in the rain). Keurig mini, electric hot plates, microwave, mini fridge, iron/board, plenty of hangers available.

Beautiful condo. Everything was just as it was described. My daughter locked the safety lock on the way out and we ended being locked out of the condo. I called the number provided and they were able to grant me access within a few mins. The restaurant across the street was wonderful as well. Great experience overall!
