Monthly Rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

I had a wonderful one month stay at Evan's cozy apartment. I felt at home and and while I forced my safe to stay in and work most of the nights, I was happy and comfortable writing in the living room or in bed. I didn't meet Evan but he seemed very nice and communicated well. The location in Treme is comfortably located between the French Quarter and beautiful Bayou St Jean. As a walker, I was concerned in the begining going out at night. It took me some time to get used to it and gain confidence walking in the area but I can say that while if can feel sketchy at time after dark, it's pretty safe. Most ppl don't walk at night anyway... Esplanade Avenue is magical, especially at night. But nobody is out there late. So the fact I was walking around alone is on me. I guess I'm a risk taker (also, don't have a car). But even after taking this risk almost every day, I can report, it's pretty safe. I will be back again, for sure!

We stayed here during Super Bowl week so the price was higher than usual (as everything is) but we were extremely happy with the place and the price we paid. We were away from the extremely busy spots which was nice to retreat to. David gave us recommendations on what we could do for dinner/nightlife when we asked him and his recommendations were amazing. I can’t say good enough things about New Orleans and David and the place. If we are ever in NOLA again I will definitely be staying here. Thanks for everything David

Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

An excellent place for my month in New Orleans. Great location, responsive, considerate hosts, lots of space, bright, one of the better equipped kitchens that I've encountered. Any questions that came up were quickly answered. The restaurant downstairs was not an issue (and I highly recommend it). The staff and owners were very considerate and friendly and spoiled my dog rotten. The Lower Garden District location gives ready access to food of all kinds and is enjoyable for walking - or hopping the streetcar. I hope to return again next year.
