House vacation rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

Alleshia’s house was the perfect home base for our trip to New Orleans, and she was a terrific host. We felt like we hit the jackpot by being able to stay there — it’s a gorgeous building with all the trimmings in a wonderful neighborhood — and can’t wait to return!

This was our second time at 2800 Conti. It was like coming home!!! So beautifully appointed just like I remembered! In the city that care forgot for my 30th class reunion homecoming from Xavier University of Louisiana. I was so thrilled to be in this special space for celebrate. Tom was so responsive (not that we needed many reach outs) but the few times we did during the week, response time was less than 15 minutes. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy 2800 Conti!!!!

This was the most perfect stay! Just big enough for my husband and I to stay for a few days, backed in a quiet and private spot close enough to see and do all of the fun things as well. We felt so safe and had no issues at all. Will definitely recommend this spot to everyone and we will be back!

Stayed here with a group of friends and family for our wedding week, super enjoyable experience! This was without a doubt the right way to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this home! Pool and hot tub a hit for everyone. A little noisy in 2 downstairs bedrooms from bar next door. we had 2 issues that were resolved immediately. great place to stay!!!!

What can I say! I love to visit my daughter in Nola, and I love having comfortable and beautiful accommodations that give me both convenience and allow me to pretend :-) I am part of the community! Brady and Doody are the best hosts, hands down! I will book my Nola visits with them every time! Everything in the home is top notch, well appointed, top of the line and you feel welcomed and at home! Thank you, Brady and Doody! :-)

Marks place was great! We had a large group to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday and we had a great time! The amount of space and bedrooms aloud us to all sleep comfortably. The large couch in the living room and open common space aloud us to all hangout together. The heated pool was very nice for a November visit. Would definitely stay again!

Thu's home is very creatively decorated and gives off a home away from home feeling. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was only a 20 minute ride to the airport and 15 minutes from the French quarter. Upon check-in the were a few issues but Thu and her brother were very responsive and personable. Everything was addressed in a timely manner and she did her best to accommodate any concerns. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We travel for work and out of the Air BNBS we have been in this was our most liked so far. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We had a fabulous time.

Great place to stay in New Orleans. Far enough away from the chaos of the French Quarter, but close enough be able yo get there quickly. Love the Bywater area; much less touristy than some parts of town. There is a great coffee shop, some cool bars and a tasty taco spot all within walking distance. The house was cute and cozy with plenty of space for our group. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hosts responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Karen’s beautiful home. We had a few issues that were addressed very quickly. Great location to many local attractions. Having Karen living there on the first floor was very convenient for questions or recommendations that were needed. We had our vehicle with us so the gated parking was a definite plus. If we are ever back in New Orleans again that would be my go to place.

Blair’s Place was fabulous! The place was just as you see in the photos. Beds were very comfortable, being able to use the laundry room that was fully stocked with everything you need was a plus! The kitchen was well stocked where you can cook meals. The trolley stop across the street worked out great and very reasonable, you can buy your tickets at Walgreens walking distance. Our recommendations Crabby Jacks for huge Po Boy sandwiches, Lil Dizzy’s for chicken or seafood family owned restaurant, Bamboulas on Frenchmen street for entertainment food and cocktails, Oceania on Bourbon Street tasty food, and Cafe du Monde at City Park.

My only difficulty was communication which was more an AirBnb thing than Isaac's place. I am not good with applications, etc. which made communication very difficult. However, Isaac was very responsive.

Stayed here a few nights and really enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb was located 1 block from the trolley so that was very convenient as we used it throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was very clean and well furnished. Owners were quick to answer all of our texts. Only real downside is the shared wall with the unit next door seems to be a bit thin.

My group and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Charles' place. We have no complaints, and we would go back again if the opportunity came up to do so.

Billy's place was as described! Nice space with lots of room for all 6 of us. Great kitchen amenities though our stay was too short to cook. This is a great place to stay pre-cruise -- terminal is 5 minute uber ride! Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious and squeaky clean! Easy instructions and easy to get inside upon arrival. Highly recommend for visit to New Orleans. Billy, thanks for your hospitality! I hope to visit again.

Perfect place to stay your close to everything. Home is cozy. If your looking to experience New Orelans this is a great place to be at.

We had a great stay at Charles’ place. The location was great- some delicious and walkable nearby restaurants and cute houses in the area. A longer walk to bourbon st but still doable on foot and nice to be a bit outside the ruckus of the major tourist area. Huge and beautiful kitchen, and we appreciated that we could log in to our Netflix account. The bed was very comfortable and the house has a lot of character!

The Algiers Point is an old neighborhood with narrow streets, however the home is very quaint and neighbors were very nice. There is a ferry that you can walk to fom the home that will take you directly to the french quarterss which was great so we did not have to fight the downtown traffic and parking in that area. there is also the Mississippi River trail that you can walk and enjoy the activity along the Mississippi.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay. The house is a perfect setup for a large group and is as described/pictured. It has a lot of charm and character and is convenient to the streetcar for easy access to the French Quarter or Garden District. As other reviews have mentioned, if you’re not used to urban environments, you may feel uncomfortable in the neighborhood or notice some street noise at night, but we weren’t personally bothered. There were, however, a few issues with the plumbing and gas. It took the host a few hours to respond but she was able to get a plumber out relatively quickly to address. Otherwise, the space was clean, the beds comfortable, and we would recommend.

Michael’s place was exactly as described! Very clean & exactly what we needed for a 4 day conference in NOLA! He was also extremely responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend to others!

This was the perfect spot for our getaway. Very clean and 5 minutes away from everything.
