House vacation rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

We stayed here because our daughter was touring Tulane. it was so convenient to walk to the university and also down to Maple street for coffee and food. Also convenient to Audubon park. we hope to come back on parent visiting days.

Place was exceptional. Hosts were very informative and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay, which was last minute and unexpected due to Hurricane Helene. We truly appreciated the accommodations and your understanding for our situation. Good & kind people! I definitely would stay again and recommend. Best sleep ever

daniel and Lauren have managed to create a comfortable yet elegant, totally functional, very delightful living area for a ton of people to be together. Our extended family, from 4 years to almost 80 years had a 3 day stay that was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped for a large meal, and all were content. Thanks!

The house is lovely and very well set up. Modern but cozy. The beds are comfortable and the backyard is a great place to relax and hang.

Gary and Eduardo were amazing! The house was clean upon check in and it is beautiful! The pictures didn't even really do it justice. All the amenities worked very well. Coffee and tea provided. There were numerous towels, wash clothes, blankets ect. The neighborhood had multiple shops, bars and resturants. All of which were very cool and delicious. The back yard was beautifully maintained and incredibly private. Myself and the other guests all loved the stay and had 0 negative things to say. This was an amazing stay and I would absolutely stay again.

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

If you have a group of 4 or less visiting NOLA, you MUST stay at Doody and Brady’s place! A perfect, cute neighborhood with plenty of walkable places (restaurants, coffee, trolley) and a short 10 minute Uber/trolley ride to French Quarter. Everything was exactly as advertised including the relaxing, perfect pool! Doody is the sweetest, best host! Highly recommend!

The place is amazing!! Gorgeous! Everyone in our group was amazed. Easy walk to Bourbon street and all that craziness. It is surprisingly quiet inside compared to how loud the outside can be. Some thick windows. Great air conditioning. Very clean. I was impressed for sure.

The airbnb was easy accessible, easy to find. Clean and very spacious. Everything was pretty straightforward as to what the description said. Everywhere I wanted to go was nearby like the French quarter/ Bourbon street, Cvs, grocery store. I highly recommended!

Awesome host , had some bad weather but Ian was super proactive in helping. The stay was very interesting. Would book with Ian again 10/10

We had a short stay in New Orleans and Blair’s place was perfect. The trolley line was right outside and was very handy as we navigated traffic and crowds on a festival weekend. The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed, and was quite spacious for 4 adults. Blair was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was spacious and great for a big group. Location was excellent, allowing us to walk around the neighborhood in the mornings to grab coffee at Rook. It was on a side street so very quiet at nice. It was also quite easy to get Ubers and quick drive to other neighborhoods in the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting that does not want to stay downtown.

This house is gorgeous!!! Comfortable beds, great dining area and a perfect retreat in the back yard. I loved the neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and drink. It was so easy to get around by the trolley. Added bonus is the parade route was a block away! This place is a gem! Thank you for sharing it.

Nice little shotgun house that can sleep a lot of people in three bedrooms and two baths. It’s accurately priced and convenient if you’re visiting NOLA Motorsports Park in particular.

An absolute stunning & spotless home just a few steps from the French Quarter. This home has everything you need and a lot more. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending Spring Break there again next year.

One of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. Was stocked with food, located near everything and in a great area. We walked to Hey Cafe every day and it was perfect. Super spacious, clean and gorgeous!

It was an awesome place, clean,comfortable beds , well stocked and great location. I definitely plan on staying there again in the future !!!

We had an incredible stay for a long weekend with six people. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the pool in the backyard. Communication with the host was seamless and clear. Really great location, walking distance to magazine and nice neighborhood. We highly recommend this spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place. This was our first time to New Orleans and she provided great recommendations as well as a blog you can find even more restaurants, tours, and places to visit. For our family of four there was plenty of space, everything was clean and super accessible. Her neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. We felt very comfortable there.

Would stay there again. Perfect for our needs.
