We loved our stay - plenty of room for two families. Kids and adults loved the golf cart!

Barbara’s place was lovely. We had a wonderful time with our family. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe letting our 13/14 year old girls ride bikes around. The golf cart was a big help. The pools in the pictures are both great. The circle pool is literally right across the street, so much closer than we thought. The other pool isn’t far either, and has golf cart parking. The neighbors we spoke to during different encounters were very friendly and also offered advice for things to do. The private beach is amazing and so quiet compared to the extremely crowded public beaches around. The house had everything we could think of and more.

We loved the cottage. The best thing about it was its proximity to everything. It is a close walk to the beach or the town center. The pool is across the street.

Five Stars! Emily’s Airbnb in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, exceeded all expectations! I rented the home for an engineering offsite, and it was the perfect blend of functionality and relaxation. The house served as an ideal corporate workspace, with plenty of room for productive sessions. After work, we enjoyed the stunning views and the fantastic pool, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The location is unbeatable—close to the bay, the beach, and an array of amazing restaurants in Santa Rosa and the surrounding area. Emily was an outstanding host—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. Host Eddie outdid himself. We have never had such a responsive and proactive host before - true gentleman that made it easy, and welcoming for our family. The house is in a perfect location. Situated on Big redfish lake, we loved the ability to take our paddle boards and kayaks right off the back down and paddle each day to our favorite (not crowded) beach spot. You can also walk to the beach very easily to one of the best beach spots in all of 30A. House was extremely clean, with LOTS of room. Great for a family of 4, with room to add if needed. Porch was our favorite spot in mornings and evenings. Kitchen was well appointed, with again, lots of space for our groceries, and ability to cook 2 meals a day. Washer and dryer perfect and convenient in the kitchen. What else was great was the access to back porch or front door (with wash hose right there for after the beach). We look forward to returning again and living the best life on big redfish lake! Thanks Eddie!

The condo was beautiful and furniture was newer and comfortable. Everything was as pictured and described. This is on the laguna beach side of PCB so it’s much quieter and less crowded especially on the beach. We loved it! Angie reached out to check on us a few times. Very helpful and friendly.

The condo building is a little bit older but they are currently remodeling the whole building. The parking and building layout is a bit wonky but once you figure it out, you can park on the first floor and just steps away from the centeral elevator and condo! So close! The view from the condo is amazing (better than the pictures) and the beach is phenomenal and quiet (in December). The gym is amazing with free weights and tons of machines. The upper heated pool wasn't overly warm and too cool to swim in. The hot tub was exceptionally hot (couldn't even put feet in). The bed is a little soft. We didn't use the garbage disposal and it stunk, so we had to cover the sink drain with a plate to make the smell manageable. The wifi would connect but there was no internet. The location is absolutely perfect. Easy to restaurants and very very quiet.

Honestly the couch was probably the best part about the place, I didn’t even pull out the bed because it was just SO COMFORTABLE, me and my friends that stayed ended up falling asleep on the couch a bunch of times because it was just that good. The place was really clean and the area is beautiful and close to everything, I almost messaged the host to see if I could pay extra to stay longer because the place was that amazing. The host always checked in on us and made sure we were always good and they’re really nice and lovely people to talk to. 10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view is a showstopper, everything was clean and the WiFi was amazing. I work remotely so that was very important. Everything you need is close by but it still feels quiet and safe. Paula was so responsive and very helpful. I honestly can’t find one negative things to say. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay with two young kids and one grandparent! The condo had everything we needed and more - we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the balconies. The access to the pool and private beach is so convenient - I worried that being on the first floor would be loud, but the condo is very well sound-proofed and we barely heard other guests. Would love to stay here again!
