Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Walton County

Can’t wait to come back. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was so clean, you would have thought we were the first people to have ever stayed there. The pool was nice but the beach was right across the street from the condo. We had forgotten our beach gear but it wasn’t a problem because the ‘beach closet’ has all the stuff we needed so it wasn’t a big deal. What I really appreciated was that the there was a pack n’ play and high chair that we could use for the baby. The owner was super responsive and followed-up with the few inquiries immediately. We used the ‘guidebook’ that the owner put together with recommendations and they were spot on.

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. Dave's place was in an amazing location. The neighborhood is beautiful, and I felt very safe walking around the area. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and it is walkable to area restaurants and coffee shops. The pool and hot tub area is so relaxing and very well maintained. Could the condo use a little TLC? Sure, but for the price in this area, you cannot beat it! We will definitely return!

The condo is amazing with breathtaking views! This exceeded our expectation. The condo was clean, well stocked with all essentials and so comfortable. The ease of access to the beach via a private board walk from the building was so appreciated! The heated pool was icing on the cake for our kids. The location is superb with the serene and peaceful environment of the resort surrounded by many things to do for the whole family. We will definitely book again!

The space was clean, well-furnished, and just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect getaway. The host was responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip.

The house is spacious, kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The rooms were set up nicely and everything was comfortable. The beach view and walking across the street to access it- amazing! We paid to have the pool heated and used it some each day! We also heavily used the hot tub! It was a great and inviting house to spend time in. The swing and view from the upstairs patio were also fantastic!!!

Stunning home with everything you could possibly wish for. Everything spotlessly clean, working, comfortable! Fab location and really peaceful too, just loved our stay!

WOW!!! I cannot say enough great things about my overall experience at this place. The professionalism and communication between myself and the host was exceptional. I had questions about local places to eat at….answered. I requested to leave my car at the AirBNB before check-in time so that I could cruise around on a golf cart while we waited…they allowed it. I had an issue getting the tv connected to wifi late at night….they responded with a solution. Apart from that, the pictures and the amenities were all accurate. Some highlights for us were the hot tub, the comfort of the beds, and the dog pet waste station conveniently placed in the bag yard. I believe we were lucky to find the perfect place for us and our dogs. There will never be a time where I am not trying to book this place again when I come back to Panama City Beach! Thank you for a great experience!

Our family of three had a great stay for spring break at Aspasia's carriage house. The location was perfect for beach, pool, and dining access, the the space itself was pristine and very comfortable!

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

Was a great location in the heart of Baytowne. The accommodations were very comfortable with beautiful decor . Would definitely recommend

We will definitely be booking with Amanda again! She thought of absolutely everything, the condo was gorgeous with a beautiful ocean side view! Amanda provided restaurant, grocery and shopping locations, prompt response to every question we had!

Wendy is super helpful and responsive as was everyone I dealt with at the resort. It is a huge place but all you need to do is ask and someone will help you. That size also means once you turn in the gates you are in this beautiful, pristine resort, with everything you could desire for a beach vacation. Loved the old Florida style architecture in the section where Wendy’s property is located. There were also bikes to rent and a little bay front village that looks like something out of Pirate’s of the Caribbean but with fun shops and restaurants. They had a concert on the green my first night. All an easy walk from Wendy’s rental. I didn’t know about Sandestin resort before this but will definitely be back!

Jodie was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all, and it was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. It’s very close the beach, and the complex felt safe.

After hours parking passes seemed more challenging than they should have been. Different instructions provided to me by front desk and guard house, different instructions still once the latecomer arrived and spoke to the guard house (fortunately they “made an exception” and let the 2nd car in without issue). Would be nice if the toilet paper provided to get started was upgraded. Standard issue tissue paper style leaves much to be desired. Annoying walking to the beach in the mornings because the pool doesn’t open until 10:00 so you have to walk around and signage on property doesn’t make that clear until you’ve already walked [most of] the wrong way. Would stay again for the value.

This stay was a 10/10. Amy is a great host would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the Destin area. Thanks Amy for such a great experience.

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available per bathroom 😊 Nicholas was very easy to connect with and willing to help! Super easy stay and awesome location!
