Monthly Rentals in Walnut

If you stop reading this review after the first line or two, please know this: Chunjiang is everything that she promised in her listing. First impressions mean a lot and she had excellent communication, beginning with telling us how to enter the property (step-by-step directions on where to park how to open the gate, security code, etc.), having a spotless and pristine (perfect paint) conditioned studio, as well as being down-to-Earth and apologetic when our parking space was taken she had us park in her private garage. But everything is not perfect and the next Airbnb guest should know/realize something: the steps leading from the street to the deck/room is NOT recommended for guests who have luggage. Carrying a heavy checked suitcase as well as all your other suitcases and belongings was a negative. But, I decided not to deduct a star because everything else was perfect. The stairs were just a bad decision that I hope Chunjiang can modify/change for future guests. Thank you! :)

Sandy’s place was nice and quiet. She was quick to response to any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

This little house is cozy, well decorated and modern with a fantastic outdoor area! It is exactly what you see in the pictures. The bed is comfortable and in the house there is everything you may need! Very private and quiet. Street parking always available right in front of the property. Smooth check-in and great communication with hosts which are friendly and very responsive. Thank you!

Peter was an amazing host, great at communicating and showing that their guests really matter! Check in was easy and they were kind enough to accommodate us an hour earlier than our check in time which was a big add on to the house that was already in amazing shape. Definitely met our expectations, would love to visit again in the future 10/10!💪
