Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Waldo County

Alana couldn't have been more responsive to our questions and ideas. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house was wonderful, with amazing views of the water, sunrises and sunsets. All the rooms were clean and tidy. She thought of providing everything that you might want or might have forgotten to pack, from toothbrushes to razors to QTips. There were board games for rainy days, bird books and binoculars. Belfast is a lovely town and this house gives easy access to its treasures. We felt lucky to be able to stay there.

This is a beautiful cottage in a very peaceful area in a super small town. Easy drive to many small towns throughout Maine from the Canadian border to Portland. Not a lot in the immediate area but within a min 20-30 minute drive, there's lots to do. The cottage is exactly like the pictures and was a joy to stay in. The host was amazing and very helpful with providing ideas for local activities and things to see. We spent two weeks and really enjoyed it!

This home is centrally located on the coast with many options to explore! Just within a 10 minute radius, there is over a handful of beaches, parks and trails. The home is very comfortable and accessible, with a great layout. It was like visiting Granny's house, in all good ways!The kitchen is a cook's haven with most every tool and gadget you could think of. Bathroom is large and spacious, and the 1/2 bath is a great convenience too. Almost everything is labeled so you don't have to guess where/what things are. We loved the many activities and books for kids, cooking on the grill and hanging on the porch watching the beautiful wild birds at the feeder. The dead-end road and surrounding neighborhood make for a great morning walk. Christian is close by if any problems arise or if you need anything, and a very hospitable and kind host. We would gladly stay here again.

Took my elderly parents to see the fall, Amanda was a very caring and always be sure we need everything for the stay, this place is very private and feel like a home, my parents and my one year dog truly enjoyed it, she even sleep herself downstairs which is never happen she at home :-) Strong recommend if you need quality of stay!

The place was serene—the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and bond. It is spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which is a plus. I highly recommend staying here whether you're visiting Bar Harbor, Acadia, or just exploring Maine. We enjoy all that this house has to offer. Thank you, Charlie, for your hard work on this place. We have been staying at Sea Breeze for the last 4 years while my daughter was a student at Maine Maritime Academy. It is like our home away from home. Very well stocked, always clean, and Jane always communicates any special events taking place in town. So many special touches that you immediately feel at home upon check in.

This was my favorite Airbnb experience to date. Hannah and Aja's house was beautiful and welcoming. Their space and design is so thoughtful and we immediately felt right at home. Hannah was incredibly responsive and accommodating when our travel arrangements shifted last minute. Would certainly recommend this home if you are traveling with a toddler as their space is fully equipped for a young child. Our family had the best stay at this home and are eager to return ASAP.

As mentioned before this home was enchanting. My only regret was I didn't reserve for longer. Every room had a view of the sea. We took advantage of that and spent a few evenings sitting at the picnic table dining and BBQing. The most relaxing time we have all had in a very long time. Many thanks Caitlin. We look forward to the next.

This was such an amazing place! It was beyond beautiful both inside and outside! Not to mention the hospitality was truly remarkable! Shelly was such a kind host and made our stay so much more enjoyable! Couldn’t recommend enough

This was perfect for my solo vacation! It is in a perfect location, close driving distance to Camden and Belfast. But also right across from the beach and next to a great pizza place for the night I didn’t feel like venturing out. It feels private and peaceful even though it is right by the road. I loved having my coffee on the porch watching the boats. Thanks to the thick curtains and sound machine, I slept so well. Loved the tub, the comfy bed, the well stocked kitchen. I will be back!

Perfect place, great communication, exactly as shown. No issues. Family vacation with adult children, place was perfect, loved the open kitchen/living room to play games and enjoy everyones company. Close to town, close to Acadia NP (which was our reason for vacation) loved everything about the place

This adorable addition to the family’s quaint farmhouse was cozy, warm and immaculately clean. Every detail was spot on. Kitchen was fully functional, as if you were in your own home. Luxurious linens and towels. Bed was very comfortable. Met all of our expectations and more! Beautiful property and close to Camden Harbour.

The home was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was unexpected but amazing to have everything one needs to cook lobster and a Thanksgiving turkey and fixings! David and Hannah were very responsive, welcoming and kind. What a beautiful location in downtown Belfast, very walkable with lovely views. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Belfast! Thierry was always quick to respond with any questions we had or recommendations needed. Apartment was clean, adorable and very comfortable. We were able to walk into town to enjoy the many restaurants near by. We would be happy to stay again when we visit and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautifully designed & decorated. Loved having a Nespresso maker as we always appreciate tasty coffee. Well stocked with everything you would need in kitchens and bathrooms! Very responsible host.
