Monthly Rentals in Wake

We had a delightful April stay! Despite weather that was less than ideal we had a great trip since we got to enjoy the views even when wet or cold. There were so many yummy places - mirroir just down the street, The Table (oyster tacos!), plus Miss Mary’s Seafood and the River Market when we wanted to stay in. The house itself is even better than the photos. Hosts were excellent communicators and just awesome- they left snacks including microwave popcorn that we enjoyed while watching movies and even had some crab traps set which my son just loved. We took a trip to Jamestown one day as a destination museum and it was an easy beautiful drive. Overall just loved it!! Huge thanks to our hosts for sharing this very special place!!

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at Magnolia! The cottage was so cute, had everything we needed for our quick getaway. The view was great, dock was amazing, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we were not able to use any kayaks or canoes. Enjoyed dining and shopping in Irvington and Kilmarnock. We enjoyed dying at The Office, Dredge, and the Car Wash Café! All excellent meals, Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Maria for being a great hostess.

We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable, peaceful stay in this house and took advantage of the waterfront for fishing off the dock and canoeing in the bay. The open plan kitchen and family room were great for relaxing and the picture windows were spectacular. While the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, we highly recommend a visit to the Merroir Tasting Room and Deltaville Tap & Rawbar.

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!
