Fantastic place to stay definitely recommend it!

Even if I tried to get a perfect place for a two month stay at Palmy, I wouldn't get something as grand as this. Great home and lovely hosts/neighbors.

Jane is so sweet and the house is really amazing! the views are great and the deck is perfect for outdoor seating. There were so many small little things in the house which Jane has paid attention to and it made our stay delightful.

Really very nice apartment with an astounding view. Just sitting there and enjoying it feels like vacation. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating helped in the morning a lot to feel like home. Recommend!

Fantastic little town house in a great location, beautifully styled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a family of 4 travelling in NZ for a month it has been our favourite accommodation.

Very charming flat in a very charming village . Just 5 minutes from the city centre and downtown , and very near the Kelburn market . Shirley and Gavin really went that extra mile to help us feel comfortable and it was a great stay . Highly recommended !!

A lovely cosy home that made us feel very welcome ......garden was lovely for my daughter on a sunny day and being able to put the cool air on was perfect. lots of thoughtful touches, would love to stay again. such an easy walk to the beautiful park and cafes

Great place, google maps takes you a few different ways each time, but that's just google maps fault, good stay otherwise, loved the moveable tv.

Nice spot in Wellington, thought initially it might be too far out to walk everywhere but it was only ten minutes' walk to Thorndon New World and fifteen to the Beehive end of Lambton Quay which was fine. Lovely view, good little kitchen, bed comfy, shower decent. Very happy.

Beautiful clean space. Fantastic views. We had our 5 month old daughter with us and appreciated the portacot provided. Host was fantastic with communication. Highly recommend

What a glorious place to stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. Carol and John are so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly - it was a real pleasure to meet them. The apartment exceeded any expectations we had - it was like staying in a luxury 5* suite at a boutique hotel. The decor is beautiful, the views are restful, the bed is heavenly, the bathroom is perfect and the living room/kitchenette are equipped with anything you could possibly want. Carol and John are very generous hosts, even providing bread and spreads, fruit, teas, coffee. Incredible property with a magnificent garden and a 5 minute walk to town. If you have the chance to book this beautiful place you will be extremely happy.

The perfect location for our 2 night stay in Wgtn - and what a view! Craig was a great host, excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless with everything we needed. Walking distance to town along the waterfront. Also walked up the lane beside the apartment to the streets behind which gave another fab view of the city. Double glazing meant the apartment was extremely quiet. Wgtn put on a perfect summer weekend so we had the slider door pulled open. The view was ever-changing with swimmers, kayakers, boat races, guys fishing, joggers, walkers, pets, cyclists. We loved it. We would most definitely book Craig’s place again next time we are in Wgtn.

Blair was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions, of which there were a few! We all found the apartment very comfortable during our stay, I almost didn't want to leave and was very grateful for the late check out time of midday. My friends and I had booked the stay as we were attending the Basin Reserve for the cricket five day test, which was not only within walking distance, but, we had a clear view of the ground and the huge scoreboard from the balcony!! Go figure. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blairs' apartment to anyone visiting the capital, the location was second to none, and so, so comfortable. There was nothing more we could have asked for, thank you.

HIDDEN GEM! This unit and location are an amazing value! Perfectly located on the edge of the CBD. Right near Te Papa and pretty much everything worth doing in the Wellington CBD is a 5 minute walk. Zoo and other activities are a short drive/Uber away. The unit is wonderfully spacious, clean, and has everything you could want along with spectacular views. I would absolutely come here again and recommend without hesitation, you really won't find a better place or value. Communication was great and the building and nearby areas are clean and safe.
