We had a lovely stay at the Far Cottage. Denis and Margie obviously put great care into its construction, and it's a charming building in a lovely location. It's quiet and secluded, surrounded by fruit trees, but just a four-minute drive from town. my son and I very much enjoyed running the trail that you can pick up at the end of the drive. Margie greeted us on arrival and made sure we were settled in comfortably. An exceptional airbnb experience, highly recommend!

This holiday house is ideal for a family or a group. There is comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the garden and rural surroundings. The house was very well equipped with some nice extra touches as it was Christmas.

Stunning house with absolutely everything needed available. Outdoor area with children’s activities ticked the box for our granddaughters. Perfect spot for our family to gather and entertain. 💯 recommend. Hope we can return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us, with all the facilites and in a great location. HB turned on the summer weather and it was quite hot but we were able to keep a cool breeze flowing through the house that enabled us to be comfortable. Not being right at the beach was not a disadvantage for us - we enjoyed a morning ramble on the beach before the heat and the crowds. We are looking at moving to that area, and this was great introduction to living in that area. I would certainly love to stay again if there was another opportunity. Rebecca provided a great handbook covering the house, the are and things visitors might want do. In summary, we had a great stay, slept like bricks and just enjoyed being able to relax in comfort.

Di’s place in Napier was amazing! We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this goes down as one of the best of all time. A modernized art deco apartment in the heart of the shopping district. Everything was near by and in an easy walking distance. The unit itself, was so beautiful and full of interest. You could tell that it had been lovingly curated. My son said it was “sick” and we all agreed. It’s rare to find a place that felt like a home and this one certainly did. I just wish we’d had more time there.

My family and I had a great visit. The four of us each had our own bedroom and enjoyed the many restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and well furnished. We would definitely come back as our favorite breakfast eatery, Neo's and Dad's favorite burger, beer restaurant, Burger liquor were less then 5 minutes away. Thanks Sue. :) Mr. K. The whole process from booking to experiencing this gorgeous house to checking out was seamless. Communication with Philip was super easy. We were a group of 5 visiting for 10 days over Christmas. The house was just as described- the bedrooms were very comfortable - with big doors opening to a veranda- each with a sea view. The lounge room, kitchen and dining area looked over Seatoun (pronounced Seatoon) and the harbour. The bathrooms were great - the 3rd toilet upstairs was also very convenient. The panoramic view from the upstairs deck is unparalleled. We used the kitchen for quite a few meals - it is very functional and the oven works well. We will be back! Wellington and Seatoun have a lot to offer - the food scene is varied and caters to all tastes. Christmas 2024 was one of our best yet - thank you

We rented Sally's house for a family reunion, with family coming from overseas. Overall, the place was great for our purposes. The house was very tidy and clean, supplied with everything we expected. Also, Sally set the house up with details that made us feel quite welcome. From the beginning, Sally was friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were private, two of them with their own bathrooms and decks. We spent most of the time in the lounge and kitchen on the third floor, where we also had decks with great views. Big TV screen, cable and other entertainments. I would strongly recommend it.

Highly recommend The Residence - we already can’t wait to come back. It is absolutely stunning - so many incredible touches, everything was very comfortable and extremely clean. we were extremely happy here, with nice extras like beautiful heated floors in the bathroom and a brilliant selection of teas in the kitchen plus a coffee machine. The place is both beautifully decorated and comfortable. We adored it. Wendy was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants too.

We loved our stay here. Beautifully appointed apartment and lovely quiet location perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The fresh flowers and chocolate were just two of the special touches that were much appreciated. Hope to come back soon.

Beautiful spot by the beach, access it via stairs at the side of the house. Reasonably steep shared driveway, unsealed with loose gravel and ruts which made a challenging access and exit and tight garaging. Quiet area, close to town and sight seeing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your accommodation

We loved the house and the garden. The house was clean and comfortable, everything worked and it was well equipped. Sitting on the deck listening to the birdsong was a joy. Lisa was very easy to deal with, always quick to respond and always helpful. I would happily rebook if we are passing through again.

We had a great relaxing time. Relaxing by the pool, walking around the vines, enjoying the spa. Visiting the local vineyard has made our stay so enjoyable. Sarah has been a wonderful host. Quickly responding to any questions we had. We would happily stay there again and would happily recommend.

This home makes for beautiful accommodation. The bathrooms are plentiful and new. Beds are comfortable and the house is very easy to relax in. The garden and bird life are a joy. The eight of us totally loved our stay thank you.

Dan's place was perfect for the 4 of us - two very large bedrooms to choose from, and two separate bathrooms. The living spaces in the bottom level of the house were all very spacious and well-equipped - the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cookware, cutlery, etc. They even had some food staples that we were welcome to use, which was really appreciated :) We took advantage of the coffee machine with the provided coffee pods! The house has central heating, which worked great since it was storming the first night we were there. We also used the electric fireplace in the lounge, which was lovely. The street itself is very steep, which is classic Wellington! But having the private parking spot in front of the house was really handy. The house is super close to the city centre, only a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. Loved the autonomous check-in and check-out; Dan sent through all the instructions, which were very clear and easy to follow! Highly recommend Dan's place!!!

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

A fabulous stay at Clayfields, peaceful in a warm and homely setting. The finishing touches across the house make Clayfields the perfect hideaway for peace and tranquility. Beautiful old house. Pics on here don't do the place justice, heaps of space and very comfy bed. Super close to the centre and within walking distance of all the places you'd want in Upper Hutt.

Derek’s place is a beautiful heritage home high on Bluff Hill with an amazing view of the ocean, the bird life is incredible and we especially enjoyed listening to the NZ Tui Bird sing each day. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities for a longer stay like ours, there are many areas to sit inside and out to catch the sun, we especially like sitting in the beautiful summer lounge at the front of the house. Hope to return again.
