By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Beautiful view. A very short drive to Hapuna beach which is our favorite beach on the big island. Walkable to the amenity center with an excellent pool and a hot tub, which are usually so empty it feels like a private pool. The place is very spacious and pristine. Photos really don’t do it justice. Well stocked on beach / pool things and home amenity. Kitchen in particular is so well equipped with every possible pots pans tools dinnerware and bakeware. Super easy to do quick food for children. Between the high quality things in the house, and the tasteful decor it feels much more like home than a rental place. The host is very nice and accommodating too. Will make this a default for our annual big island trips. :)

We had three day visit to Volcanoes National Park and we really enjoyed our stay. Paku was a great host he provided local knowledge and suggestions. The house had everything we needed, and Paku was very accommodating. Also, We got lucky and were able to see the eruption of Kilauea, which was great. After hiking and spending all day at the park, the hot tub and outdoor shower were awesome. We felt right at home and we enjoyed, Patchy, Paku’s super friendly cat who lives on the property. Thanks again for a great stay, hopefully we get a chance to visit again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We loved the proximity to our favorite beaches, along with the local feel of the village. The hosts are beyond hospitable and their home is as described. Being from Seattle, one of our favorite things was the coffee bar. It was a dream! Additionally, the provided beach gear was much appreciated. We often rent on Airbnb and find the gear to be undesirable. Not here! The cooler backpack made our beach visits easy, even with two kids under three! In the evenings we enjoyed the community pool. The kiddy pool was the perfect depth for our kids to play independently, and the local families were a joy to visit with. Last of all, the sunsets here are amazing! Would love to return. Mahalo!

Absolutely Perfect Stay – A Hawaiian Dream Come True! I can’t say enough great things about our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, (SHOUT OUT TO BIG MAC) and attentive—going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every comfort you could imagine. And I have to mention the bed—hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a cloud, which made every night feel like a dream. The location was ideal, close enough to enjoy all the best that Kona has to offer while still feeling like our own little peaceful retreat. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Perfect condo air bnb for our 2 night stay in Hilo! Wish it were longer. One of the most well equipped rentals I’ve had. Roku TV, pool, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and clean fluffy towels. Nice studio on the ground floor. Jungle feel to surrounding grounds. Close to all the prime Hilo spots. Easy in and out. Clearly Vivian aims to please! Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying here! We used the place as a home base for lots of explorations of the coast & over to Waimea. We appreciated having supplies for beach excursions ready to borrow, and had everything we needed to make simple meals. The pool in the complex is really pleasant, and we saw multiple sea turtles in the beaches right in our area. Great location and amenities!
