Monthly Rentals in Waco

We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, clean & had everything we needed. Great location too! Walking distance to Baylor University & close to many restaurants & things to do. We’re looking forward to returning!

This definitely top 3 places i have stayed for work! I will always look to stay here when in the area Bill and his wife are very friendly and great hosts! i always worried bout living above them being nosey or hearing me in general and they reassured me they couldn't which was nice! It has very nice surroundings driving to their place and also a easy commute to the city

Everything was very nice. Olga is very attentive and super friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that it was next to the train tracks, so we could barely sleep. But otherwise, everything was very nice. We loved it.

I moved to Waco to start a new job, which can be rough getting to learn an area and picking somewhere to base operations from with no knowledge of the area- Brett's place was a great choice! Whole area felt safe, everyone in the apartment complex is very friendly, and the snacks and drinks laid out on arrival were ideal to start life in a new place. I had to move my dates, and came in later than expected- no issues with this, everything was handled smoothly and without issue! I felt welcomed, and if I ever had to move to Waco for the first time again, I'd make the same choice of apartment.
