Vacation rentals with lake access in Waco

Visited for a quick weekend getaway and it was just what we needed! Wonderful amenities with the hot tub, fire pit, and yard games! Definitely will book again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway close to waco or for some peace and quiet in the country! Hosts were responsive and helpful with local recommendations!

One afternoon there was a wind/dust storm. The host called as soon as there was a notification sent out from the utility company. She apologized and let me know the estimated time of return to service. Very kind folks. Enjoyed their comfy home.

If you’re on the fence—stop overthinking and just book this place. It’s a peaceful slice of country heaven, tucked away from everything but close enough to what you need. We loved how quiet it was. Our kids fished for hours and then swam the rest of the day—we literally had to drag them inside every night. The hosts responded quickly and even offered up their cell phone numbers in case of an emergency, they were awesome. Honey Farms is the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and forget about your phone. We’re already planning our return.

Cute, well thought out nice home right on the lake!! The hot tub and lake access are a huge plus. The house has nice touches and feels comfortable. Also- there’s a ping pong table! Unfortunately, it was raining the weekend we went so we didn’t spend too much time at the lake but would love to come back in the summer!!

This property is impeccable!! Better than pictures or descriptions. Had so many extra little welcoming touches; welcome note, snacks and water were much appreciated!! Everything in the house is so cute and well designed. Loved being able to dim so many of the lights. The large communal table was a fantastic family spot for visiting and games. Looking forward to returning next year!!

It was a nice Airbnb and exactly what we needed! Very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! Sitting on the porch was very peaceful and relaxing watching all the birds. Charles was very informative about the area and stores/restaurants close by. Would love to stay here again for a longer trip!

Very communicative owner. Home was perfect for our need to have somewhere close to stay near relatives in Whitney TX. Highly recommend. Stay was during winter but we could imagine this being a fun summer location.

What a great location for a weekend away. The large deck and lake view are a perfect way to both start and end the day. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated the extra towels and grill utensils. Communication was great the whole time. I hated to leave. Very much looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at Cassie’s home. The place was super clean and had all the amenities for a short or longer stay. We stayed over a week and enjoyed every minute. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone reported sleeping very well. High end linens and very comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were pristine and perfect for a group. The way the house is laid out, there was ample room to enjoy being together but also if you wanted privacy it was equipped for that too. There are two kitchen areas and both were well stocked and had everything needed to prepare meals. Location was perfect. You’re out away from Waco hustle and bustle, but super close to go and enjoy all the sites. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We hope to be back when visiting Waco again. Perfect place for folks visiting their kids at TSTC or Baylor.

The property and house are beautiful and cozy.

It was such a great stay. We enjoyed the whole place. Extremely accommodating and hospitable. Everything was immaculate and they had everything you could think of needing. Even stocked some lil snacks and waters, kids especially enjoyed the candy bowls 😅 At the end of our trip, everyone was agreeing we should return in the future. Only thing is it's not quite waterfront, I'm assuming bc there hasn't been much rain lately so the water level is low, otherwise it was exactly as described and such a charming spot.
