New and nicely decorated apartment. The environment impeccable in cleaning, all appliances work great. The only point it left to be desired was the fact that it was a little hot so something was missing to climatize the room, otherwise it was perfect. Worth the amount paid and I will come back more often.

An amazing experience. All very well organized, great view and not to count everything right by. Amei even...hope to have the opportunity to come back more often.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos and description. Very close to the beach, easy access, clean and spacious. Monica and Bruna relaxed the check-in (which helped us a lot) and quickly responded all messages. I would recommend and stay again in this apartment next time in Vitória.

Super quiet place, we slept with the noise and with the sea breeze, the lagoon is also super close and a delight to enjoy both day and night, the house is well equipped and very comfortable, Paulo and Andressa were very dear and helped us in everything we need, a very good couple we will carry in the heart! We indicate 100% and look forward to returning!

The house was clean, with all the accessories mentioned, bedding, well-size pool, which was cleaned tb during our stay. Despite being in a place of little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes away from Sereia and Setiba beach and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha is with good structure on the beaches. It was a great tour!

Extremely comfortable home, have everything you need. I felt at home, my children loved the place, they have a small square nearby and beaches nearby too. My husband loved the pitanga foot because it's the favorite fruit. We were made to feel very welcome. BLESSED stay!

Great house, the host was very requested and flexible. The house met the expectations and our purpose, I highly recommend, is worth it. Otimo espaso, large , airy, good pool and comes located.

The hostess is very sympathetic, super polite and very helpful, we received very well, gave me several tips for walking places, restaurants. The house is cozy and exactly as in the pictures, I highly recommend and if God allows as soon as possible we will return.

We spent one month in this apartment and definitely we loved it. Cross the road and you are in the beach, Praia da Costa. Very nice and safe surroundings, perfectly for running, walking or just drink something alongside the beach.

The stay was great, we feel at home, the sunrise is the most beautiful that I have ever seen in person😍 more beautiful than in the photos. Dava to hear the sea every day and night, we sleep watching the ships and planes going to land at the airport 🤭 I thought it was great the bathroom of the apartment to be renovated and brand new because the building itself is old. And it was also very useful the beach chairs that had available, because we do not need to rent on the beach. The pool of the building is delicious too, very clean. And Vinícius always responded quickly and was very kind allowing agnt to extend the checkout 👍 Anyway, nothing to complain about
