Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vitória

Unfortunately we stayed for a short time, but the house was perfect for the purpose that was to rest after we had a show. Cleanliness is a great point: everything seemed quite clean, with emphasis on the bathrooms. The house is large and the size of the rooms reasonable. One of the rooms had the double mattress on the floor, but it was not a problem for us (and the host informed us that she had already bought the bed but had not arrived yet). There are also 2 single beds in each room. In the suite, the mattress was a little thin already, but it was fine to rest; and the bathroom is small but very cute. The service area is spacious, with machine, tank and clothesline, and has a network. The kitchen is equipped, has a water filter, stove, table, chairs and refrigerator (spacious freezer, great for freezing drinks). There is a barbecue and a shower in front of the house and we very much wanted to have time to use them. Residential area; we were by car and a few minutes from the beach.

I, my wife and son lived a dream these days at Chalé de Capri. The view provided us with unique moments, photos and postcard photos. The beach is not private but is very well frequented by families and children, calm and clean sea. Hosts were very proactive and welcomed us very well. Thank you

The house was spotless! everything very clean and organized! everything in the house working well! Air conditioner is freezing. Privacy and security. Quiet neighborhood with nearby pharmacy and bakery.

The stay was quiet, the listing and the photos matching the location, we didn't have any problems on the days we stayed. But it is noteworthy that the street is very narrow, making it difficult for the car to enter the garage, especially sedan, in the other perfect.

Of all our stays, the ENÉAS house is shot the best we rent on AIRBNB !!! Enéas is a super person of Bem, and the house package is complete. Besides the house is very functional, and very tasteful, it has close, market, restaurants, barbershop, pizzeria, ice cream and most importantly, it is close to the beach.

Extremely comfortable home, have everything you need. I felt at home, my children loved the place, they have a small square nearby and beaches nearby too. My husband loved the pitanga foot because it's the favorite fruit. We were made to feel very welcome. BLESSED stay!

Great apartment and location, matches the description. Very polite and easy to communicate host. The apartment has everything you need to spend a very well accommodated stay, including the fact that having a vacuum cleaner helps a lot on the post beach. Great bedding, tvs and air conditioned. The bed is very soft, which can bother those who don't like it.

I had a great experience in the 16 days I spent in this apartment. Well located, comfortable and spacious, it has everything you need to cook and clean the environment when needed. You can do everything on foot. There are good options for restaurants and shops and pharmacy, everything is very close. The communication was very good too, the owner Silvia makes everything clear and responds quickly. I'll be back soon for sure!

The stay in space was very quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and readiness in all our demands. The instructions for getting to the site were very clear. The space well accommodated a group of four adults and provided safety and comfort during our stay in Vila Velha. The neighborhood is quiet, you can do a lot of things walking, as well as offering a more interesting experience for those who like to know places that are more centered on the population that lives there and not the tourists. For us, that was great. In addition, the space is very well equipped for longer stays. We recommend it.

We had a great experience remaining in this apartment! From the time of arrival, we have been greeted with hospitality and attention to detail. The space is clean, well decorated and has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Good location, allowing easy access to any part of the region. Marvelous stay, lots of accessibility features…. Great location for those who like to leave … walking on the beach… close to everything … it is very familiar the place … all the utensils of the house had on site … wonderful… the reception of the hostess too… very kind … I loved to come back, I will go back.

the apartment is very cozy , as it is on the second floor there are few stairs spent in the way of garbage collection, and really has bakery, supermarket, beverage distributor and a beautiful nearby playground to get to the beach are 7 blocks. We stay for 12 days in apt, wonderful view, great location, cozy apartment, exactly as in the photos, host always available to answer questions, extremely safe building, apt has bed linen and towels. Super indico. We will be back soon
