the apartment is very cozy , as it is on the second floor there are few stairs spent in the way of garbage collection, and really has bakery, supermarket, beverage distributor and a beautiful nearby playground to get to the beach are 7 blocks. From booking to checkout, Julia was a spectacular host! The apartment is super equipped and exhales cleaning! All very neat, smelling and clean, clothes with new beds, the living room is a delight, and the view is breathtaking! Simply a great experience! I highly recommend it to everyone! :)

The accommodation surprised us! It was completely clean and had all the items for us to cook and keep the space clean. The apartment has a wonderful view, facing the sea and is in a neighborhood that has everything, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. The price charged is a little more expensive than the apt ones in the region. But it is worth the cleaning of the place, the items in the apartment, for the view and location and structure of the building. In addition, Jorge communicates quickly and takes great care of the location and guests.

The apartment is really nice. We can see that it was all renovated with new furniture. Very clean floor and bathrooms. Kitchen had the basics and answered what we needed. Negative point only a few power outlets that did not work, lamp of the double room and the place where the meal table is that did not light up. Very close to the beach. It would return for sure.

This is my second time staying in Vila Velha and it was the first experience at Ricardo's property. Our stay was perfect, nothing to complain about! The property is identical to the description. Ricardo has always been available to answer questions over the phone and in person the service with Enilda was exceptional. We'll be back more often for sure!

The apt is facing the beach on one of the main avenues of old village. everything was perfect.

What a delight. Apto with beautiful beach view, all equipped with appliances that make us feel at home. All as described in the apto. The condominium staff are friendly and attentive. The apto is a few meters from the beach and has trade around it as a mini market next door, pharmacy, bakery, hamburger, beverage distributor, and more. Veronica was very attentive and always responded very quickly when it was necessary. It didn't make you want to leave and I'm sure I'll be back.
