Me and my family spent Réveillon in the blue house and everything was great. Everything is very clean, well-equipped kitchen, great showers!

we liked it very much...the house accommodated many people,had everything we needed... a lot of bathrooms,bedrooms, extra mattresses,the kitchen and the area had everything...the rooms all had air conditioning,living room and kitchen with good fans,the house is close to the beach, you could walk, you could walk ,there was pula pula and pollininha,the children loved...a super quiet and very nice host neighborhood and very welcoming...everyone loved the stay

I have no words to describe the gratitude that I will forever have my life to Giselle. My stay was booked because my girlfriend and I were moving to Serra-ES without knowing anything about the city, not knowing anything about the state. I didn't know where a market was, nothing and she took us everywhere, went to the mall with my girlfriend, told us places to buy furniture, clothes, rent a house, went with us in these places, Cida who is the person to whom the guest will have the daily contact for living in the house underneath is a love of person, always available for him to need and has a huge heart. I went with my family and friends. The experience was amazing, because we felt at home. Highlight for the dining table in the barbecue area, which is very large, and for the area with sofas and a hammock. The pool water temperature was very pleasant, I don't know if there's heating, or if it was that time of the year... The location is excellent. There are some interesting bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a pharmacy, supermarket... Anyway, I highly recommend it.

The space is identical to the photos. Lorraine always responded quickly and was very kind. Dona Graciete is an excellent host, we made us feel very comfortable and welcomed us very well. Our stay at André was wonderful, close to the beach, the apartment is in a central area with a nearby market, it is a quiet area and without much noise. André was very requested, he gave us all instructions for entering the apt, restaurant recommendations and always proved available. The flat had coffee and ice water when we arrived, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. The only recommendation that would perhaps give to the condominium is to put a sunguard in the pool to have a little shade, other than that, impeccable.
