Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Vista

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

Came here when I needed a last minute place to stay for my 70.3 Oceanside race. Pictures don't do this place justice. Completely beautiful stay with all the amenities one would need. Mark was extremely responsive and proactive. Couldn't ask for a better host. Will definitely be back and would recommend any and all friends/family to stay here if they're ever in the area.

Awesome place for our small family. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside with lots of shops and restaurants. Overall would definitely recommend.

location and house was amazing. the house has very unique touch in decoration. Kids rooms were amazing for my 3 kids, i even used the book they were in the rooms to read my Kids before going to sleep. Back Garden is a little paradise beautiful. The only complain is the heating, it was disable by the host. Which it was a little inconvenience in the mornings which was very cold 🥶. Even though there was two portable heaters, is just not the same as central heating besides that everything was great 👍

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view home! The location is just steps from the shore with breathtaking ocean views from every angle. The house itself is incredibly spacious, offered plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably and had good parking. Everything was clean upon arrival, and the host Sandra was responsive. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable experience at the Coastal Garden Retreat. It was perfect for our extended family of 5 adults, 2 grandkids, and dog. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The kitchen was by far the most fully stocked kitchen in all of the many places we have rented. Everything in the home was in good working order, except for one wobbly dining room chair, which Claudia was quick to address. The playhouse, games and toys were a joy for the kids. Also, the location of the home was nice. It was only a 1/2 hour from the zoo, and 10 minutes to the beach. And it was enjoyable to walk in the peaceful Manchester Preserve right in the neighborhood. The San Elijo Lagoon is minutes away also. One of the highlights of the trip was checking out the tidal pools at low tide just south of lifeguard tower #10 on Cardiff State beach (which allows dogs). This home was one of the best homes we’ve stayed at. We will not hesitate to return.

We absolutely loved Lei's place for our family vacation. Our son is serving in the military and this place was perfect in every way. Close to base, beautiful backyard and spacious kitchen to enjoy meals together. We utilized the Blackstone grill that is available to use and now my husband wants one! Everything in the house was clearly marked for easy access of finding gadgets to use. They thought of everything in the kitchen from seasonings available, coffee, air fryers...there was nothing we were missing. Beds were extremely comfortable which was a huge plus since we had 3 generations traveling. The pool was a hit for our daughter and the hot tub was welcoming after a long day of exploring California. I thought the neighborhood was quite and felt very safe going for walks each day. Close enough to walk for a smoothie, coffee or groceries. Was one of our favorite airbnbs! Would highly recommend to others!

What you see is what you get! The place is A+. A perfect place to retreat, enjoy the view, and easily walk along the beach or marina. We intended to be anchored here for two days and relax…and that was realized to the full. We didn’t even leave to eat out because everything we needed to store and prepare our own meals was in place. When check out time came, we didn’t want to leave.

This is a wonderful place! It was perfect for two couples celebrating the birthday of one of us -- with two separate bedrooms, each with its bathroom. It will also be great for a larger family. There is an upper deck from which you can see the ocean, which is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee and/or cheerful happy hour. We were steps away from the water and did not miss the spectacular sunsets from Tower #9. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for the preparation of fully cooked meals, and the dining table was beautiful, which allowed us to fully enjoy those meals. We love Oceanside and really hope to return soon and stay close to Tower #9 again!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Mimi's place was as described. It was only 4 miles from PGA Torrey Pines, which we attended. Weather was a little cooler than expected, but we did walk the beach often. Restaurants were plentiful and variable. As a bonus, Mimi's DirectTV account was awarded free NBATV, so I was able to watch my home team, Detroit Pistons. We were supposed to spend 1st week in Del Mar and the 2nd week in LA, but due to the fires we extended our stay at Mimi's. No regrets.

Beautiful weekend thanks to Kris and bob ! As soon as we pulled in Kris met with me and my family . She was so nice and she went out of her way to give my son a brand new learning bear :) I would definitely recommend this place ! I definitely want to book again ! We spent three nights at Judy’s place and felt right at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with from the time of booking until check-out. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make home cooked meals including many spices/condiments. All of the spaces were clean and well stocked. The cottage has great walkability and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and are glad we had this place to come back to after our long days out and about.

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

We had a wonderful time exploring Cardiff, Encinitas and Solano! Karin’s binder of information was extremely helpful! There are great coffee shops and beaches close by. We spent a lot of our time exploring Encinitas, which is just up the road, quaint and has great restaurants. Walked to Solano one day, which was also a lovely experience. Karin’s air bnb is a great location to check all of this out! The bed was comfy and the space was all my husband and I needed at the end of our busy days.

We appreciated this condo for our family of four. We walked to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

We had the best time staying at Imran’s place in Oceanside. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and view as they were even better than we anticipated based on pictures and the description provided. Imran was super helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second stay with them and an awesome stay as expected! Carlsbad Village is one of my favorite places and this is definitely the spot you want to stay considering the close proximity to everything. Very clean, spacious and welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again!!
