Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Vista

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at Zinah’s! The place was beautiful, and stocked with everything you need, and literally two blocks from the beach. The pool, which is right outside, is heated which was a nice option over the cold ocean water. Even with the very clear and detailed instructions I had some questions and got responses right away! Would 10/10 recommend Zinah’s place.

We loved our stay! We have stayed in the complex before and loved the location, proximity to beach, and the features of the community. I can honestly say we liked this unit even more than the last stay. The unit was more updated and we also appreciated how well the kitchen and everything was stocked. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

The unit had an up to date kitchen that was very well equipped. The ocean and sunset views were amazing and the location was ideal for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The other rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

Excellent, spotless, quiet place to work and play. Close to UCSD and La Jolla shops, with on site parking meant everything I needed was walkable, bussable or easy to zip to from my car. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Overall this beautiful space was LOVELY. Nick had amazing instructions that were easy to read and understand. He was extremely accommodating. I would book here again! It is incredibly close to the beach and local places. Thanks you guys!

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Clean, modern and nicely accessorized home. Minor problems were handled immediately. The location of this unit directly over the pool and with view of the ocean is excellent. Bed was large and very comfortable. Plenty of storage.

We loved Ryean’s home ! The views are spectacular ! We had 13 people staying and it was comfortable for everybody ! They have an air mattress and folding padded mattress in the master closet that came in handy ! Each room has an attached bathroom. The bunk room shares a bathroom with one of the queen rooms. Plenty of bathroom space for everyone ! We loved the pool table and game room . This was the perfect place to spend the holidays with the family under one roof ! Thank you Ryean !

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

Drake's house absolutely exceeded my expectations. The house is immaculately clean and relaxing. The house is very well decorated and has a very zen vibe. Exactly the vibe we are looking for when we are in the area. The house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood not far from the coastal main streets in Oceanside, Carlsbad and Encinitas. The house has everything we needed to travel with our 5 month old. The crib and high chair were great for our peace of mind. Thanks to Drake and we hope to return soon!

We had a amazing stay at Zeina And Mo’s beautiful home. The location was perfect…peaceful & private with beautiful views. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking home meals. I would highly recommend.

A great place to stay! Close to the highway and major grocery stores but still quiet!

The house was beautiful! The backyard is even bigger in person and the pool is definitely worth it with the waterslide! The slide also shoots water as well so you can slide easier! The house was pretty awesome with speakers that play outside and through the house so you can have music outside and inside at the same time. The rooms were nice and the loft room was huge with a projector for movies. The house itself is huge! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all kinda connected like an open floor plan type of thing which is very nice and the gym is just the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this house if you plan on having some quality time together or just some friends meeting up for the weekend. It has so much to offer that you will want to stay at least an extra day.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

The house, amenities, bedrooms were all perfect for a large group. The kid friendly extras really helped make the stay extra enjoyable. I asked for recommendations for places to eat and they did not disappoint. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back.
