We loved our stay! We have stayed in the complex before and loved the location, proximity to beach, and the features of the community. I can honestly say we liked this unit even more than the last stay. The unit was more updated and we also appreciated how well the kitchen and everything was stocked. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

Right on the beach. Amazing to just walk off the balcony. Grounds are beautiful and lush. Laundry onsite was super clean (however it only takes app payments and no Wi-Fi in laundry room to download app). Unit was clean, very comfortable, had lots of extras for the beach. Decent amount of traffic on the strand but fun to also see all the classic/ show cars driving by.

We are mom/pop hosts in Los Angeles. The low prices offered by a great listings like this will put me out of business!

Absolutely the best place we could have rented. We have stayed in the area a lot of times but I will never rent somewhere else. John’s place was amazing. The condo is spacious, it is right near the gate which made getting food or walking around that much easier. We didn’t even need to drive anywhere since food, shopping, the beach and the pool were all in walking distance. We are already looking forward to when we can come again.

We had a wonderful visit at this location! At times there were frustrations related to the larger property and other tenants there being loud or inappropriate, but that is completely out of the control of the property owner! The property pools and hot tubs were clean and often empty, so we did enjoy that fully. We also appreciated the provided beach towels in the unit so we didn’t have to fly with our own. We enjoyed the location immensely and found the owner responsive and wonderfully helpful. We cook a lot and the kitchen could use a few more pans/pots, but most people eat out and wouldn’t necessarily need that. Overall we had a wonderful month-long visit and would return again!

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

The location is perfect

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. Booked this place for my fiancé, it was his first time seeing and experiencing the ocean. We absolutely loved this place! Beach access 24/7, great restaurants at walking distance, peaceful surroundings, koi pond, and everything felt safe. There was initially a miscommunication with the cleaning service and we walked into a dirty place, but we let Paul know and had them there within the hour. We didn't mind as this can easily happen to anyone and Paul resolved it extremely fast with so much kindness. We will definitely be back, thank you Paul & Lisa! <3

Hilda’ s apartment is very well kept. The interior is luxurious and immediately we felt at home. The view from the balcony is great. The apartment was very quiet and the bed sent us to sleep every night around nine o’clock. We slept very well. Everything was spotless. We definitely would come again.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

This was a perfect place for a family looking for a beach getaway. The place was peaceful, spacious, and Teresa had everything you could think of for the beach - a wagon, portable coolers, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys … The entire condo was very well equipped and extra towels, waters, etc were easily accessible. The complex was perfect being just steps from the beach with a pool, spa, and game room. Teresa was readily available for anything we needed and checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay.

Laura’s place is a cozy and beautiful place! The set-up was perfect! Easy access to the beach with beautiful scenery all around. Kitchen was considerably stocked and pantry and fridge were also stocked with items we might have needed. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and neat. We absolutely loved it and given the opportunity would stay there again. Laura was quick to answer any questions we had and check-in and out was seamless.

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

My boyfriend & my kids ages 5,15,16, & 17 all had fun! There was something to do for all of them! Definitely made our family vacation memorable, we spent a lot of time at this Airbnb laughing and enjoying the pool and hot tub. My boyfriend’s daughter made it a mission to find all the golf balls and put them in one basket lol there was a crazy amount, she had a blast and so did my older kids! Me and my guy loved the massage chair after walking around SeaWorld all day lol. Scott was really nice, thx again for hosting us!

We had an excellent stay at Zeina and Mo’s property! It looked just as listed. The property had plenty to offer our big group. We enjoyed the pool, the game room and the spacious kitchen. The Christmas tree at the entrance was also a nice touch since my family was there to celebrate our annual Christmas gathering. It was perfect for our festive pictures! The hosts were also very responsive throughout our whole stay which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to spend quality time in one place.

Place was very nice, close to freeway for easy travel. Backyard was spacious and sad we didn't really get to use it much. Kim was very responsive and provided information days before our check in date.

We had a perfect stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Our kids loved their Lego-themed room, and we all had so much fun in the game room. We especially loved that the Carlsbad tide pools were within walking distance. We would totally recommend staying here! Thank you, Colin and Jen!

My group and i loved our stay at this home!! The views were beautiful, the house was even bigger than expected… the photos don’t do it justice and it was an awesome surprise. Loved every part of the stay!

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

Daniel & Emily were amazing hosts, very communicative and flexible. We loved the hot tub and the littles in our family really enjoyed the playhouse outside and play-kitchen inside. We had a lot of quality family time, and this house was perfect for that. The only hiccup we had was the WiFi going out but that was quickly resolved - messaged back right away with instructions on how to reset the router and then came in person to fix within 2 hours after resetting it didn't work.
