Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Vista

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

Booked this house for a bachelorette weekend getaway. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is beautiful, everything you need, but that morning view is breathtaking. Rob was so kind and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and already planning a mom’s weekend away next year!

This place was absolutely fantastic! There were plenty of activities to keep my grandkids entertained, and we all had such a wonderful time. The hosts were incredible—so friendly and responsive to anything we needed. The location was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Perhaps our favorite Airbnb ever! We had so much room for everyone to eat, relax together, and watch tv all together on the giant screen. The kids loved the pool table, the hot tub, and the pool. And the view was spectacular!! The hosts thought of everything - the kitchen had so many different tools/utensils/appliances, there were spare blankets everywhere, and even detergent and dishwashing liquid for a week. And a Nintendo switch with games! They were so responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We were all so impressed - everyone in our family reunion felt so at home. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable family reunion!

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

Omar and Juliet’s property was an absolute gem - a charming and exquisitely curated space that felt like stepping into a painting…the Mountain views were breathtaking. Omar was an impeccable host; he quickly responded to all of our inquiries and acted swiftly to cater to any and all of our needs that arose. In addition to his swiftness; he was kind and gracious. He welcomed us to pick and enjoy the fruits growing in his stunning orchard. The house was so beautiful and spacious with fully stocked towels and all the amenities needed. The pool area plants and trees are so thoughtfully placed creating the most charming and private space. This property is perfectly tucked away in the mountains and close enough to the city to enjoy serenity and the San Diego Zoo and beach towns like Del Mar where we enjoyed a delightful picnic on Sunset Cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We have rented a few airbnbs and this by far exceeded all of expectations. The entire experience was dreamy.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Archana’s home was a perfect getaway for my family! The game room was fun for both the kids and the adults. Archana was friendly and responsive in all our communication

I will start with Simon-he is amazing and very friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with him and this is why we will come back again. Regarding the house-it is beautiful with an outstanding view. Super clean. Much better than the description that shows in Airbnb. Very private and I can’t wait to come back.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property! The pool/spa and backyard with view was amazing. The house has a ton of amenities including bbq, full kitchen, spices, entertainment center And indoor/outdoor speakers. Owner was very communicative and sent out a pool repair person to assist with our spa heating issue, which was promptly fixed. There are house and city guidelines to be aware of, so make sure you read all house information that is provided. Overall a wonderful property!

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Villa Serena is an incredible home and my group had an amazing trip here. The amenities are awesome (whether for kids or adults) and we made use of just about everything while we were there, including the electric piano and the outdoor pizza oven. The rooms have a good layout and accomodate 10-12 adults easily and comfortably. Despite being on a relatively large property, everything felt close together / connected in a good way - great for being together but doing different activities. The property also has a great view of the surrounding area. The neighbor's 2 cute cats wandered over for a visit while we were hanging out outside and were fun to play with. The only surprise was finding out about a week before that we couldn't cook odorous foods inside the house (i.e. bacon, deep frying, etc.) due to an odor sensitivity, so we had to change our meal plan list and cook a couple things outside on the grill. But we made it work and had a great time! Highly recommend this amazing place
