Beautiful location, place as described. Jacuzzi was great. Lots of hot water. Good water pressure, good shower. Bed was comfortable. Donnie was helpful and responsive.

The Caboose was great! Very peaceful and clean. We will be back. We enjoyed the Hillsville Labor Day flea market.

This is the cutest, most cozy, little camper! I stayed here with my partner and our daughter. At first we were a little nervous about the small size, but we actually fit perfectly. The location with in the campground is perfect. Close to the comfort stations and one of the pools. Everything was set up perfectly. Towels laid out, table set, linens provided. Great price and SO close to the oceanfront. We took advantage of the free parking at 9th Street. We didn't use the trolley but that's also a great amenity. The campground had music at the pool at night which was really fun. I come to Virginia Beach at least once a year, so we will definitely stay again!

I can not say enough good things about Stephanie or the farm! We have come several years and it is always our favorite vacation! There is so much to do on the farm. Fishing in the river, hiking, reading on the porch listening to the river, playgrounds everywhere for the kids. Just the best place to visit!

Private wooded mountain top lot. RV power and water available. Amazing views and privacy. Way better than a campground if you are seeking a peaceful getaway.

I was expecting for her to tell me I was crazy; but when I called Shanell and asked if the Airstream could be ready to go to a location I hadn’t even chosen yet and move in ready within five hours she said “sure!” And it WAS! This was a spontaneous dream come true for me and my littles who had been dreaming of camping for 4 1/2 years. We finally made it happen and in a moments notice. The Airstream was completely set up, everything we needed was there. Shanell even had a bunch of on hand items in case we forgot some things, which of course we did. I can’t recommend this enough, and would 100% do this again with Shanell. Thanks for making this random and lofty dream come true for my littles and me!

He is a very good host. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We had originally planned our stay for when Hurricane Helene hit the Appalachian area. Missy was very accommodating and we were able to reschedule to a later date. The area was clean, safe, and absolutely gorgeous with the last of the fall colors still in the trees. We were so impressed with the space, and would love to return again!

We had a wonderful stay in the camper! Very private and peaceful location on the pond. Nita came to visit where we arrived to ensure everything was okay and we were settled in. We were in town for the Oyster Festival which as just a short drive from the camper. Would recommend to anyone and would visit again!

Tara and Willow’s place is amazing! We ( a couple and a dog) had a great time! This is our first time staying in a camper. The camper with pullouts is a lot more spacious than expected. It sits on a large plot of land with beautiful views. We sat and relaxed on the porch, watching our Labrador running around on the lawn. Tara and Willow are great hosts! They made the place so cozy and welcoming, with lots of attention to details ( like the cupcakes, a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers). The fire pit was already set up, so we enjoyed a night sitting by the campfire. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

The setup was so much more than expected! Outside and inside she provided everything you need. We loved the camper.

This was a great place. Had everything we needed and more. The bed was much more comfortable than expected. There were several heaters which made the place comfy despite below zero conditions.

Nice and clean space with incredible views of the mountains. We had a wonderful stay, and Jessica was very attentive and responsive.

The RV exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed and more! Brittany and Josh were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts. We arrived a bit later than planned, after dark, and they had the lights on for us, which made settling in so much easier. Their farm is absolutely charming and full of life, with adorable pigs, chickens, roosters, goats, and even an EMU! We truly enjoyed our stay, especially making a cozy fire for the chilly winter night with an amazing sunset view. Thank you, Brittany and Josh🌟

This place is cute, comfortable and convenient. Has beautiful sunset views. Rey quiet location we had a GREAT three day get-a-way. Scott was a great host too!

Kim and Tom were wonderful. The camper is very well maintained. They made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed feeding the chickens. We will return again next year.

I visited this lovely working farm property during a long weekend trip with my wife and two young children (ages 4 and 7). We were looking for something a little bit new to us -- this absolutely fit the bill! The kids immediately fell in love with the farm, especially the animals -- and Dolly the cat, in particular. As the Autumn sun began to set and we spent a bit more time in the RV, this interior was a whole other adventure -- e.g., kids had a blast putting on several musical numbers from the loft with stage-like curtain. For the grownups, we found the farm to be a peaceful respite from the usual. RV was just as pictured and, as other reviews have mentioned, is a great potential gateway camping in various other forms. Jason and Tracee were tremendous hosts, responsive and accommodating. Kids got a rush of pride from assisting with Jason's morning chores. Hosts building us a fire and providing s'more packets were such nice touches as well! Grateful for this lovely experience!

Our stay was wonderful and we were so happy with the amenities that were included. Carla was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful. This was our first time staying in an RV and it exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend staying here
