Apartment vacation rentals in Villas

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

Our hosts took care of us, the place itself is really nice. Thoughtful decoration really shows that the hosts care. Love how the private courtyard has so many plants and feels like a part of every room in the house with the huge sliding glass doors. My only complaints are that the WiFi password never worked, I didn’t make a huge deal about it while we were there but cell service with T-Mobile wasn’t great so it would have been nice to have. And several of the electrical outlets were missing face plates exposing the terminals on the side of the receptacles which is a safety hazard for toddlers like my son. Not a huge deal just had to keep an extra eye out.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Jesus’s place for a week to celebrate our anniversary. The location was perfect! Short walk to the beach,shopping, coffee shops, etc. The place itself was modern and peaceful. We felt like we had the perfect amount of privacy but we were also surrounded by a few other airbnbs with families so felt a sense of community. Jesus was extremely responsive and provided everything we needed for a smooth stay. We would highly recommend and will hopefully be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

David is an incredible host; he is cordial, kind, and attentive. The place is clean, comfortable, and accessible. My work team has visited this property several times, and I can't deny they are always satisfied. One time, one of my workers left his watch, and David contacted me and arranged to mail it to him. Who does something like that? Only honest, kind, and helpful people like David do.

Mario’s one bedroom apartment was perfect! very clean, and modern, also very comfortable. It had all the necessary amendments for an 8 night stay. The grill and private patio was a great plus. Mario, as a host was fantastic. Communicated very well and was very helpful. Next time. I’m in the area. This is where I’ll be five stars. Thank you!

We were really pleased with our stay. We had a few issues with the door lock, but Brittani was very quick responding to our concerns. We loved that the apartment was so clean and comfortable.

My son and I enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable. Very pleasant and serene. The amenities were nice. They were very responsive to questions and shared clear information in their welcoming document.

Easy check in, very peaceful. Place looked exactly like pictures and was very clean. Would recommend to anyone!

Charlotte And Ivan’s place was beautiful and had a wonderful time staying there. They are always responsive, and I would recommend them as hosts.

We truly enjoyed this private and very quiet stay. The well lit entrance was a nice surprise when we came back after dark. The space was well stocked with everything we needed and also had a few extras which may come in handy. We would stay again if our travels brought us back to this area.

The condo was decorated beautifully, it was clean and in a great location. The complex was quiet and people we met were all friendly, felt very safe. It was private, and close to Sanibel, also stores and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the screened in balcony. I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

We stayed at Jonathan’s condo when coming for a wedding at the Ritz. It was so convenient to the venue and beach (5 min walk). The beds are comfortable, the condo is spacious (perfect for 3 adults and one toddler), and it is equipped with everything you could need for your stay - including beach chairs/toys, games, etc. We also loved the pool. Jon is extremely responsive and very kind!

Wonderful stay at Burnt Store Marina condo! Loved the marina view! Comfortable furniture and bed. Well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

couple minor hiccups to start the stay, but Chris was incredibly responsive and took care of the hiccups right away. definitely recommend this host.

It was a very nice and quiet stay. I enjoyed it! Although, I was not aware the jacuzzi was not in service prior to booking, she did accommodate me with allowing me to use the pool which was very nice of her! It was comfortable and pretty clean!

This is a beautiful place to stay to unwind and enjoy the gulf coast. Mitch was a tremendous host, very responsive, respectful and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

An excellent stay mainly for rest, very quiet organized and clean, very recommended quick assistance based on my experience
