Great flat, very nice and spacious space, access to underground garage, the complex is lovely and modern. Flat is well equipped, good location for walks, close to shops, nice and quiet and friendly area. The owner and key holders were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

arrived home today after spending a lovely week at casa franzi,as soon as you entered the villa it felt homely,plenty of room,lots of seating areas,inside and outside, the covered patio area was a great space to take a break from the glorious weather,the pool was cool but needed as the weather was hot,having said that areas of the pool were warm and once in there you got used to it,and what a great sized pool too,the area with the sunbeds are and drying area an absolute suntrap,this villa is an ideal place for golf enthusiasts as only 2 mins walk to villamartin golf,and a further 3 mins to villamartin plaza where you will find lots of places to eat,drink & also a small supermarket where you will find your necessities,I would suggest if staying for a week as we did to hire a car to get out and about,we had a takeaway first night from oh my cod,and it was absolutely delicious,where Olivers detached villa is in a prestige area which is so peaceful and relaxing 😌

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.
