Monthly Rentals in Villa Moranda

My daughters and I went to Modena for a short weekend. The "mini cottage" was 10 min from the center. Very nice, thoughtful in the furnishings (simple but nothing was missing) and aesthetics. Very clean and with everything we needed for our stay. Antonella - with whom I communicated through messages - was always very kind and quick to respond. Compared to check-in time, we arrived a little late. No problem. The keys in the box outside the door allowed us to enter without disturbing either his or our schedules. Same goes for check-out. Comfortable beds (even the third bed added), clean linens and quiet area. Recommended.

The studio apartment is compact and just as the pictures show, spotlessly clean. It is located in a great location on a quiet street, and just a 12 minute walk from the train station, and is perfect for one or two persons. Mattia was a great and friendly host who communicated well, provided good local information. He was also there to say good by and I would certainly stay there again.

I loved everything about this place: Very clean, very good mattress, cosy and warm, quiet. It was a great pleasure to go back there in the evening. There was coffee available and a bottle of water. Good hospitality and Gabriele was always available if needed.

Jacopo was very nice, he stayed in touch with us for any need and was very responsive when we had questions. We were very comfortable during the stay and we felt welcome. The nice people downstairs also have a 4 month old puppy that brought joy.
