Excellent location. A place to really feel what Italy is. Receptive Community, bars with pleasant and very cozy people. Our host, Simone, always attentive and proactive. He sent guidance on travel, access and city map. The facilities with all the infrastructure that served our group very well with six people. Surely it would be a place we would come back and we will refer to friends.

Very clean apartment, kitchen equipped with new dishes and pots (including non-stick pans). It is equipped with heating, Smart TV and every comfort. Central location and close to great restaurants. Solution also suitable for families with small children. Manuela's directions are detailed and accurate and allow you to enjoy the beautiful city of Spoleto. If possible, we'll be back.

Piero is a friendly, welcoming host. Very pleasant to deal with. Always ready with tips and advice! The location is very charming, quiet and with spectacular views. We will definitely come back 💚

we stayed 2 nights , cozy little house with all the comforts described , Mr. Gianni and his wife were exquisite, kind and friendly, and also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delicious porch from which you can admire the view. Highly recommended loft , we will definitely be back !
