Great house! The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk or bike ride to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house had tons of space and everything a family would need/want for a fun getaway. The communication with the hosts throughout the stay was great and check-in/check-out was very easy. This was one of the most beautiful airbnbs we have ever stayed in! We visited Melbourne for my father in laws 60th birthday for a relaxing trip away from the New England cold. This home exceeded our expectations. Incredibly well stocked, very comfortable beds, oversized pool w/ hot tub combo, and private yet all at a short walk to the beach. Lisa and Eric were incredible hosts and answered any questions we had. We really appreciated the booklet with local recommendations and how to use the house amenities to maximize our stay. We hope to visit in the future!

This place was amazing. I can say that it is the best place I have stayed in. Extremely clean, easy access, the view is breathtaking and it had everything we needed. The location is great, good privacy.Highly recommend staying here and my family and I are definitely coming back in the future!

Very clean, well kept and interesting house. Hemingway theme was enjoyed by all. Private backyard with comfortable seating for 6 of us under shelter from sun or rain was peaceful and beautiful. Inviting neighborhood to walk in - waterfront very close to sidewalk. Clear view of shuttle launch within easy walk. Wifi and tv worked well. Easy and secure access to the house without need to carry keys. Nice place for our 3-couple rendezvous!

Michael and Phoenix are wonderful host’s. Their home is beautiful, clean and welcoming you feel right at home. The views are incredible. The house was very stocked beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Our family had an amazing time. There were 13 of us, over the holiday we had plenty of room, it is very spacious. The hot tub was an extra nice thing especially since it was too cold to go in the water at the beach. There are many extras. We made wonderful memories and you will too!!

The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was great!

It was a pleasant stay at Daniel’s house, and he was very attentive and responded to every question we had. Place is clean and spacious - everyone in the group enjoyed the house has to offer. I would recommend Daniel’s place to anyone - you won’t be disappointed

The place was exactly as depicted. The Host communicated well and provided everything you’d expect from a top tier hotel. Communication was excellent, I’d stay again.

We had a great time! Adult children loved the game room! Lots of friendly competition! My grandson loved being outside and fishing. Too Cold for our Florida Blood to enjoy the pool but we loved sitting outside and enjoying the scenery and the peaceful location. Short drive to Downtown Stuart for delicious meals and activities!

The home is amazing and was immaculately clean on the inside. Bed were comfortable, movie room was amazing. There was lots of room and was just as described. 11 minutes to the beach and the pool and hot tub are huge. We hope to come back next year. Thank you for everything!

Hate to publicize this house...for fear that I won't be able to book it again! Newly constructed (I was renter #1) and right on the beach, with a cabana room and pool/jacuzzi, a rooftop party deck and dining balcony overlooking the ocean, this modern house was designed for fun! Owners custom built this house with high end designer accents and furnishings...no goofy, cheap ass beach house decor (no seagull paintings, no "life's a beach" signs on the wall, no aqua blue painted bathrooms, etc...ughhh!). This is a high quality beach rental house...please don't screw it up so I can return in warmer weather!

If you’re considering renting this property, just book it. Samantha has thought about every detail and high end finish, from the house itself to the landscaping to the full house sound system. We were a group of adults with two children, ages 11 and 8, and the kids did not want to leave. They were entertained playing soccer and football in the huge yard, climbing on the play set, swimming in the pool, watching movies, playing billiards and spending quiet time entertaining themselves with toys in the kid’s room. We didn’t bring any toys or sporting equipment with us - it was all there! While we don’t have small children, we did see high chairs, pack and plays and tons of other equipment for little ones. For the adults - the kitchen is immaculate and we enjoyed making family meals together both indoors and outdoors. Music can set the mood in every room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. 10/10. Samantha was incredibly responsive when we had questions. Just book it!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bamboo. All of the instructions were clear and any questions we had were answered promptly. House was well equipped with all of the necessary kitchen items, linens, and even beach towels. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed being able to have our boat behind the house. Super easy to jump on and go do some fishing. We will be back! Thanks again for a great Thanksgiving break.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had some rainy weather when we were there and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The pool table was a big hit with our family as well. We did some fishing from the dock and caught a few catfish, but nothing else due to the rainy weather. The house was absolutely beautiful! We would love to book with Elercia again. Elercia responded to any questions we had in less than 20 minutes also.
