Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

We had a great stay. Nice to have the beech accessories available. I questions why we had to pay $80 for cleaning since it is required for us to clean, take out the garbage, and strip the beds, which I didn't have a problem with. It wouldn't take someone very long to fix the bed and put clean towels up. Also we were missing a top sheet which wasn't a problem.

Diana's place is excellent, location great, super clean, she was very responsive to anything that i needed, would definitely stay here again. Diana is a real super host. Thank you again for everything.

Sol was such a responsive, friendly, accessible, and excellent host in every way! The place was clean and very comfortable; it had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Marguerite’s place was oozing with retro Florida charm and perfect for our girl’s getaway weekend. Beautiful sunrise view from the unit and just steps to the beach. And Marguerite was lovely! Very responsive to all questions and very friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Comfortable stay, very clean - high quality bed linens and well stocked kitchen with all the usual odds and ends one might need. Lucky to have cool, low humidity weather and the patio was awesome to relax. Temperature in the Airbnb was easy to control with the fans and wall hvac, in unit laundry was helpful as I was coming off a business trip. Would recommend and would stay again, a slightly earlier posted check-in and slightly later check-out would improve my overall sentiment but everything was great, couldn’t have asked for much more. Much better value for money than comparably priced local hotels.

We loved the apartment complex! It was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. The golf course around the complex has nice trails that we were able to walk in the evening and early morning. You are close to everything and the neighborhood seems very safe. A great getaway!

The place was in great location. We were able to walk to anything. Inside was setup great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. We stayed in unit A. Just wish there was more space to sit outside for that unit. Other than that we had a great time and they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Would like to try Unit B next time. Highly recommended

We had another really nice stay at Sailfish Suites. Very charming pet friendly suites right on the water at Manatee Park Port Saleno. We enjoyed watching the sun go down listening to the live music directly across the canal. Loved the historic downtown area and Riverwalk and enjoyed fresh seafood dinners at Crabby’s, Blue Marlin and King Neptune. The suites are very clean, well maintained and very tastefully decorated. Patrick is readily accessible and very responsive. A pleasant surprise was the new pool. We enjoyed fishing the canal right in front of our suite. Hope to be back in the future! Thank you Patrick for another great time!

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.

Our stay was quiet, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed a run around the neighborhood as well as an easy walk for breakfast and ice cream. The WiFi worked well to work remotely. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for the meals we cooked during the week, and the hosts were wonderful.

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

A+ with bonus points. We have stayed with Patty before. She is the perfect host. Available non intrusive goes the extra mile. The apartment is totally comfortable with outdoor bacony seating off the kitchen. Beautiful mature trees. You feel you are in a tree house and lots of birds. It is clear Patty respects the earth and values the environment. Totally walkable to downtown Melbourne and a great walk across the bridge to Indialantic for an extended walk on the beach and restaurants. Not into walking no worries. A short drive to everything you need. Stay at Patty's place and enjoy all the amenities she has to offer.

Very pleased with our stay. Missed seeing our hosts Michael and Laura to thank them in person. Loved our stay and the pool was quite refreshing! We took all our trash out, Skimmed the pool and removed anything that would spoil in fridge. Even had a washer and dryer to go home with clean clothing. Everything we needed to cook with from spices to salad dressings in fridge and in cabinets. Dish soap, paper towels and plenty of towels and linens! Our own beds and bathrooms were a huge plus and surprise blessing! Best coffee in Florida and Michael even supplied us with that along with a French press and grinder to brew freshly ground roasted coffee! Highly recommend and will return in the near future. God put this entire trip together in partnering me to Rio Coco Cafe many years ago and then found their AirBnb while planning a sudden trip about 1 week ago! Went home with beautiful testimonies of Gods goodness! Thanks for providing us with all we needed for such a pleasant stay! Elizabeth

Best Airbnb that I have ever used . Location of the home with easy access to 95 was nice and the living space could not have been nicer. It was absolutely perfect ! Highly recommend !

I had a wonderful time staying here. The neighborhood and area felt super safe. The place had everything I could need for cooking, and laundry. It was very neat be able to step out and be at the pool. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Everything was great!! Christine and Michael were very friendly and answered all questions we had. The pool temp was perfect, and the view was beautiful! We are already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful stay for my 40th birthday. The cabin was very peaceful and clean. The bed was comfy and the location was amazing! We fished a lot of the time. We saw manatees and all different species Of fish and wildlife. Will def stay again!

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. Dee was extremely friendly and responsive. Also very accommodating and helpful! The location itself was gorgeous and the house was beautiful, spacious, clean and so relaxing! My family enjoyed spending the night here, having dinner and breakfast together, and we slept well! Recommend!
