The layout is thoughtfully designed, with separate areas that make it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay without feeling crowded. The terraces are the real highlight—offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea that made every morning and evening feel magical. The host was outstanding—so welcoming, attentive, and always available to ensure we had everything we needed. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Our vacation was relaxing and restorative , Niko's house has everything you need in everyday life, silence and beautiful views have been the setting for the holiday... Liscia is a pretty village and its hospitable and kind inhabitants!! A special thank you to Mrs. Mafalda and her husband Michele who welcomed us with such kindness!! I highly recommend Niko's house!!

Very helpful and friendly host and self-check-in that allows you to enter on your own. Very clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need, even for a medium/long term stay. Partially renovated bathroom, very comfortable bed and there is a desk, great for those who have to work in smart working (with connection included) or study. Great location for those who want to be close to the historic center and 1 km from the only shopping center of vast.
