Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ventura

This place was so amazing. It was perfect and very so much fun for a Valentines Vacation. It also had everything we needed. And the lemon tree was beautiful and one of my favorite things. I definitely want to come back

Wonderful home in such a great neighborhood. Kelly was great, gave us an early check in, which we needed and appreciated, even though we booked last minute. The home is beautiful, pristine (squeaky clean), comfortable furnishings all the way around, and so many nice touches (a beautiful color board that was personalized to welcome us--sweet surprise!)--hair bands, q-tips, shower caps, everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pictures of the home and outside area don't really do the house justice--it's nicer than the pictures. BBQ was great, Firepit (under a tabletop outside) was great-3 separate private and pleasant outdoor spaces. Easy parking, about 2 block walk to Shoreline Park, beautiful, on the ocean, and close to everything. Perfect airbnb and sweet host! Don't hesitate to book, I would book again when in Santa Barbara.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Our stay at Coni’s place was excellent. We felt as if this was our home away from home. The place was exceptionally clean and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect for three people and we had no trouble with hot water or any other aspect of using the kitchen or the house. The kitchen was well equipped and Coni had left us milk and coffee plus other snacks. There's an excellent backyard and pool and although it was too cold for us to get in it was a beautiful feature and we had morning coffee outside. This is a great place to stay if you're traveling to visit the Los Angeles areas especially for access to Venice, Marina Del Rey, USC, Culver City, & Silver Lake.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Loved the location as we grew up in the area and it felt like we were home again. Cozy, warm and invitingly charming. Will be returning in the future to enjoy again. Thank you for making our 50th wedding anniversary a walk down memory lane!😘🥰😍

This is our second time staying at Jenny’s place for the holidays. She is a gracious host and let us have our extended family over for dinners and visits. The place is very clean and just as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It looks just like the pictures and there is plenty of street parking. Jenny is a very responsive host and will answer all your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will stay here again when we visit the LA area.

The apartment was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing, with everything looking just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. The hosts were amazing – super friendly, attentive, and responded to our questions very quickly. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

Had a great stay at Sean’s place. We had everything we needed and the spot was very convenient.

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Lovely place. It’s a studio so just know that going in. But it’s lovely and the host Mark is the best. Always answered me in under a minute. Amazing location. Amazing amenities and super cute. Residents are super cool and chill too. Parking is a breeze. Big laundry machines. Huge closet. Dope fridge and dish washer and kitchen sink / range. Perfect for couple or a solo biz traveler. 100% will hit this place again.

I was looking for a cozy spot to get away for a few days and found it here. Very clean everything, had everything you could want in the kitchen, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils etc.. Quiet location and easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. Parking was super easy with the instructions provided and check-in was simple and straight forward. I will definitely be staying again.

This was a lovely comfortable apartment. It was clean and well appointed. The location was very good for our purposes. Our host, Bella was very responsive. Happy to report that the beds were very comfortable. Not always the case. We hope to stay there again on future visits.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

This place was wonderful and in a great location. 1 minute to the beach and Venice pier. Amazing and clean as well. Nicole was great to work with and communicated quickly with me when I had questions. We loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Had a great weekend getaway. Being 1 block from the beach made walking the Strand so easy. Communication was great with clear instructions on getting in. Had a few hiccups but nothing to ruin our stay and Coastline was quick to respond to our messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home, extremely clean, safe neighborhood. Short walking distance to upscale grocery stores, casual dining, bagels and Starbucks. Safe for walking, with nearby view nearby of the ocean. Short drive to downtown historic Santa Barbara.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! This condo is very clean and perfect for a little beach getaway! Decorated beautifully! I would recommend this to anyone looking into getting out of town for a few relaxing days!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Definitely a well paid for stay. The view was beautiful. The suite was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, will definitely book in the future.
