Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ventura

I absolutely loved this place!!! There a few little issues w/ toilet handle (would continue running if you didn't handle gently) and door handle on a bedroom by the kitchen would come off because not screwed in tightly. The bedrooms were spacious and the back yard was stunning. We had a big group and enjoyed the space. I would definitely would come back!!!

Staying at Rebeca’s property was an absolute pleasure. She provided clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. The property’s description was spot on, and it truly has a beautiful charm that exceeded expectations. Rebeca was responsive, helpful, and professional throughout, yet also warm and personable, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend her as a host and would gladly stay at her property again!

Fantastic place! One of the few that had 3 full bedrooms with large beds. Perfect for a professional retreat!

Todd was great in communication. He helped us relocate during the Palisades fire. Plenty of space and lots of rooms.

We enjoyed Lisa’s lovely space, including the spacious living area and great backyard area. The driveway was a little steep but we managed ok. Great location close to amenities!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

a really beautiful location and place. the sounds of the creek at night were so nice and calming. The bathroom was amazing with the tub and the hot tub outside was wonderful to stargaze into.

My fiancé & I had a great time staying at Kerri’s home! The space was clean & close to everything we wanted to do. Kerri was also very quick to respond when we had a question.

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

We overall had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maureen’s place. There place has so many wonderful small touches including a very sunny bathroom, a lemon tree, 5 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to nature preserves, and overall a well stocked home. Maureen was clear and prompt in communication throughout our stay, and truly a kind compassionate individual.

Sandy was a great host with a very nice space. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, living space had lots of light.

Landon+Evie’s place had everything we were looking for and more. The kitchen amenities were a huge plus. The attention to detail is apparent in the entire flat. The hosts were also very responsive and considerate of our stay and helped us the entire time. We definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while our child recovered from surgery. The space was clean, spacious, and full of natural light. We loved the peaceful views of open space and the collection of architecture and design books. The location was great, with many places just a short drive away. The hosts were very communicative and supportive during a stressful time, ensuring we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. While other reviews mentioned noise from upstairs neighbors’ child and dog, we didn’t have issues with that. However, there was noise in the early morning hours (1am-3am) from the upstairs tenant dropping things, which made it difficult for this light sleeper to rest. I didn’t mention this to the hosts, but I believe they would have addressed it. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place. I would stay again if needed.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. The location was amazing, probably the best part of this home and that’s saying a lot. We went on a beautiful walk every day- once to the Mesa lane steps, once to the Douglas family preserve, and then around the block to a park and a longer walk to shoreline park. The restaurants and market that are right near by were so perfect. And downtown is a super short drive. We loved the hot tub, had plenty of space to have mobile massages, and really can’t over-state the location and proximity to great spots. Cozy bed, showers were nothing special, water pressure and showerhead in master wasn’t great but got the job done. The sink in the master is backward (hot on right, cold on left) just fyi :) We had an amazing stay here! Highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect. Cute and comfortable, and easy walking to the beach and town! We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Thanks so much Zack and Malibu Suites team! The place was beautiful. Pictures were accurate and location can't be beat. If you enjoy hearing the ocean crash at your doorstep and fizzle back out then you can't find a better spot. We have traveled to many places and beaches.... this is the closest oceanfront you'll find in the states. Great communication from start to finish. Very responsive to anything we needed. We had a wonderful time with family and friends in beautiful southern California. So peaceful. Malibu has become a random, surprise favorite. Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

This is my second stay at this beautiful place! I had an amazing time with my spouse welcoming the new year 2025. Very easy to communicate, the views are my favorite, overall I’d stay here once again in the near future.
