We had a great two-week stay at Rob and Deb's place in Carpinteria. We were 1.5 blocks from the beach and could walk there easily. They have beach chairs and toys for people to use. We loved using the chairs. We ate in most of the time and had what we needed to prepare meals. Basic supplies were available, like soap, paper towels and hangers. I worked remotely at the high kitchen table, and it was a great work station. We loved the ability to walk to everything in Carpinteria and we hope to stay there again. The laundry was accessible and available and I also loved the saltwater pool. Rob was super responsive when we had questions.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

Honestly an amazing place to stay at! The place was in great condition when we arrived and did our best to show that we really appreciated it and kept the place in its good health. The responsive time of the host was quick. They were ready for any questions you had and would respond in maximum 10 minutes. The beach was an amazing view to look at in the morning! Quiet nights aswell, no one really making any noise, really peacful i say. It was an honor being one of the guest for The Malibu Suites! Would definitely come back here another trip i take!

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

Peaceful, with excellent restaurants and incredible vistas. I would recommend driving west on pch.

Arrived was able to enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach. Great view and excellent location. Can’t wait to book again. There is an elevator onsite. There is private parking. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and well stocked. I would recommend staying. We arrived to visit UCSB and this was just a few minutes from Santa Barbara! The best part it was super quiet with everything you need within walking distance.

This was a great spot for our Spring Break. 4 of us were very comfortable in the condo. BYO beach towels, there are a few beach items in the closet. We made some meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. The view is incredible. Very close to the downtown shops & restaurants. We loved this town and we would stay here again.

Beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and full of charm — it was just right for our family of three. The space had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the bathroom included nice shampoo and conditioner, which was a thoughtful touch. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and there was even an air mattress for our 4-year-old, which worked out perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

This is a great one bedroom unit on a beautiful private beach! It is safe and walkable. Marc is a great host and is thoughtful, considerate and helpful in many ways. The deck is large and the ocean puts on a beautiful show everyday! So relaxing!! The bed is very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great! The shower is modern and comfortable. A push of a button and your perfect temperature is experienced again and again. I loved it! Thank you Marc for a lovely, relaxing stay at your place! I look forward to visiting again at one of your properties.

Excellent one bedroom unit right on the beach with the perfect location. Exactly as described and ideal for a quick weekend away. We will be back soon I’m sure!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back to Carpinteria. Will absolutely keep Kathy’s place in mind the next time we book a trip to the coast!

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Tonya is a great host, incredible with communication, very friendly, responsive, and quick to help. We had a wonderful stay here. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible right on the beach with an easy access to it. We will be back.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

I would definitely stay again! Cute place and great location.
