This place will always have a special place in our heart as i decided to propose to my girlfriend on the beach!! ❤️🥰 (she said yes!!) The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and even better than how it looks online! Zen was a phenomenal host, answered all of my questions, made it super easy for my family to help me set everything up for the proposal to go without a hitch! Could not recommend this place more!!

Krista and Brad were wonderful hosts. Very easy check in and out and always responsive. Everything was clean. Loved how kid friendly the house was with the high-chair and toys, which made our travel experience much easier. We would love to stay her again!

Rochelle was an amazing and super caring hostess! She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can’t say enough great things about her. And her place was spotless and beautiful! It was even prettier in person than the photos. The beds were so comfortable and the place so spacious. We loved it and would absolutely stay there again!

The home is well appointed with a beautiful, spacious yard equipped with a large dining area. The neighborhood is peaceful, with lots of outdoor activities within walking distance. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and all the fun things to do in Santa Barbara. The home is beautifully furnished and cozy.

Wonderful beach house -- right by the sand and very private. The views were amazing from each floor. The house is spacious, with multiple common areas for hanging out. House was very also clean.

Angela’s place was great for our short family vacation. Great location for us and the Amtrak station was actually a plus for us since our son loves trains! If you have kids, you can literally walk to the Moxi Kids Museum. Angela was kind enough to allow us to do an early check in. The only issue we had with our stay was all the pet hair found in the home. Yes I did know when we booked the home that it was a pet friendly home but I was taken a little back by how much hair ended up on our clothes and belongings. It was evident the home was cleaned and I did not feel it was dirty. I just think that the pet hair hides in places perhaps a broom, mop or vacuum doesn’t reach and inevitably with movement in the home it ends up getting all over the place. Other than that my kids were happy in the home and Angela has done a great job making it feel like a true home! We found everything we needed during our stay right in the home.

Unbeatable location and a house steeped in history. Incredibly spacious and well maintained with an added bonus of a huge outdoor patio that’s a rarity for beachfront homes.

Beautiful, modern home within an quick walk to the beach. Wonderful amenities that kept everyone in our group busy and having fun, beach equipment, ping pong table, board games. Meredith is an awesome and responsive host.

A piece of heaven on earth! Regina’s home is perfectly located, offering stunning views from every window and beautifully modern decor. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. Great location. Walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants and yoga shop. Loved the private backyard. Close to stores but still quiet.

We booked this home for three nights while in town for my son’s wedding in Santa Barbara and it was the perfect spot - quiet and serene with beautiful grounds and amazing ocean views. The decor was so lovely, and there was even a lit, natural Christmas tree in the living room. The master bedroom is enormous and we loved waking up to the gorgeous sunrise views. We spent a lovely day relaxing by the pool soaking in the ambiance and watching hawks soar overhead while woodpeckers enjoyed the bird feeder. Amazing! We will be back!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place! It was a perfect home base for our family to explore Malibu for the weekend. Walkable to the Getty Villa and beach, and an amazing pool for the kids and adults to enjoy!

We had a great stay. Super convenient to get to the beaches, downtown and most importantly to and from LAX. Would stay again.

We had such a great time at Heidi's place. I love the Mesa area, so the location & house was perfect for our girls trip. Heidi is quick to respond to your inquiries, was flexible on check-in time, and the house is exactly as described in the listing. I do agree with others who said the photos do not do the pool justice, it's bigger than you think. She has a gorgeous backyard, the pool/spa were VERY clean, and I just loved all her succulent planters and lush green wall on the neighboring fence. I'm jealous! Lastly, I will say, we really appreciated all the labels on the light switches!!! Sounds silly, but that made things easier for sure. It's the little things. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in SB.

Ashley's place was perfect for a family of four. The condo is on the ground floor of Building 1 and located inside gated community. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was updated with rain shower which was really nice and the overall unit was very aesthetically designed. The community club house had indoor pool, hot tub and gym. We couldn't find the sauna, however. It is located 5 minutes from the beach and pier which unlike other California beach towns, is not crowded at all and felt very private. We felt safe and relaxed.

Our stay here was delightful. The house is much bigger than expected. Kitchen is well appointed with everything I needed to cook multiple meals. The enclosed yard is enchanting. The perfect place for epic foam sword fights with your kids and room to roam for your fur family members. If you’re looking to “party” locally, it’s probably not for you. It’s quiet, peaceful and away from it all. Much thought went into the furnishing and accessories. From the bikes, wagon, sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the PARK IN 2 car garage, to the abundant selection of morning coffees. Three thumbs and a paw, way up. When refilling the coffee maker, be careful pushing it back under the cupboard. The tray where the cup sits isn’t attached, it’s slides in. The tray and coffee cup on it, fell on the floor. Sorry, Lisa. I broke a cup. We enjoyed our stay very much! Unfortunately I couldn’t figure out the side gates to put the trash out front.

We were on a staycation celebrating our Anniversary and it was everything we expected and more. Every detail was thought of when it comes to amenities. The instructions were very clear and everything was easy to find. We loved the nautical nod that is very fitting to a boat house but not overly done. So much charm everywhere! Definitely a magical space. We looked forward to our next visit.

Wonderful! This is our favorite beach and we come for the day often and for a longer family trip at least once a year, and this might be our favorite place to stay out of all of them. The location is magical, and if you love a peaceful beach that is just a few steps off the deck with amazing sunsets, this is the place for you. The house was perfect and everything had thought behind it. The house had everything we needed and more. The layout is awesome and the deck is the perfect place to spend the entire day and night with the spa and wood burning fire pit which we had a great time using. Communication was great with the host, and we had a relaxing few days with ideal mild and sunny weather for this time of year. We really hope to stay here again in the future.

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kelly’s home with my extended family. The space was large enough so that we never felt on top of one another and the home was well equipped with everything we could need. I appreciated how communicative Kelly was and she was incredibly friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely. Could not recommend this place enough!

The location is great and the ocean view from the balcony and living room was my absolute favorite part. The bed and couch were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet.

Cool place in a beautiful location. My family used this as a homebase to visit Santa Barbara and the Channel Islands. We also enjoyed the walkable beach and amazing sunset from the rooftop deck. Would stay again!
