We had a very nice stay at Irene's house. It is very clean, well maintained and well equipped and it is very great to ride bikes on the beach or to make an excursion to the lagoon or to go to Venice by vaporetto. Irene was always quickly available for questions and gave us good tips for excursions. The only disadvantage of the house is the local road, which leads directly past the house and on which there was always a lot of traffic during the stay.

Great place if you want to spend more than 3 days in Venice, it will save you more than half that you pay in Venice, the place is well connected with train and bus to Venizia, we took 72 hrs pass, so travelling was cheap and in 40 mins we are in the Venice. Great place to stay as the entire apartment is yours, so when you back from the hussle of city, it is a great comforting place.

It has everything you could possibly need and the location is easy to walk to. The location is gorgeous, alongside the water with interesting boats and sights to see. The coloured buildings are so charming and the local people are very friendly. But the best thing is that this host is so helpful, going above & beyond to communicate with helpful information & support. Super friendly & responds super duper fast. Fantastic value for money & checking in & out couldn't be easier at your own convenience. Travelling to & from the centre of Venice is easy as as well as to & from the airport. Super nice modern and small apartment. It is very quietly located in a side street and you could walk everywhere very well and quickly. The communication with Oriana was very pleasant, due to the constant accessibility and the much information in advance. The apartment exactly matches the pictures and description. However, it was not always quiet before falling asleep due to the ventilation and there was a slight musty smell in the air, which was well covered by scent dispensers and ventilation. Overall it was a very nice stay and recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this perfect accommodation! The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to the lively charm of Burano. We woke up to a view of the mountains and the lagoon. The rooms looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed at a great price. The true highlight of our stay was Barbara, the wonderful host. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, ensuring everything went smoothly. She greeted us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour, and even went the extra mile by making dinner reservations for us. This place was a fantastic find, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

Bright apartment with enough space for two! The area is very calm and after more hectic moments in busy Venice or longer day trips amazing for a relaxing "recovery". We enjoyed the lovely view, some restaurants nearby (Majer for breakfast and dinner, Harry's Dolci for dinner and the Skyline rooftop bar in Hilton Stucky next to the house) and the close boat stops! Marta was very easy-going, helpful and reacted quickly on my messages! We are greatful for this place we picked and our amazing time in Venice and surroundings!

We had a great stay at Katia’s place. It was lovely to meet Katia and she gave lots of good helpful suggestions. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was delightful, good for a nice soak after a long day of visiting all the marvels of Venice. We used the vaparetto to get to and from the neighbourhood a lot more than we thought we would, but we also found it easy to walk back from San Marco and Fundamente Nove if we had to using Google maps. Her place is very near the vaparetto stop. A grocery store for supplies is one stop away on the vaparetto or about an 8 minute walk. You do have to get your suitcases up a couple of flights of stairs. The closest restaurants and shops are about a 10 minute walk, but the kitchen has everything you need to cook as well.
