Incredible stay from start to finish and fully justifies 5* review. Alice was an exceptional host throughout, reaching out to us in advance with detailed information about transfer options and very clear instructions for reaching the property. Apartment was immaculate and has been decorated and maintained to a really high standard. An amazing modern feel, excellent A/C, and so much space throughout. Location was perfect. A short walk from all key sites, while still feeling safe, private and quiet overnight. Alice shared great information with us about the best cafes/restaurants, and was very responsive throughout our stay to our questions. On checkout we were able to leave luggage in a safe space at no extra cost. Highest standard Airbnb we have stayed in, and would definitely recommend. We hope to return one day.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

The apartment was clean. Close to restaurants and grocery but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Filippo is a very good host and very responsive.

This place was incredible – right on the canal and in a fantastic walking area. The location was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Letizia’s apartment was perfect. Tucked away in a quiet spot but minutes away from transport and tourist spots. It was tastefully decorated and well thought out with a well equipped kitchen. The tiny terrace was perfect for sitting out and watching the swallows fly past in the evening. The bed was large and comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. Would definitely recommend and we may well return.

Perfect flat for two people in an amazing location.

The perfect stay! Apartment was very comfortable, including the bed! My favorite spot was the balcony with blooming flowers. The neighborhood is very quiet. Many delicious restaurants and gelato nearby! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

What a perfect spot in Venice! Dimitri was so incredibly helpful and arranged our seamless transport from the airport and to the train station. He was kind and proactive for our needs and just a happy, welcome face after a long flight. The house is perfectly located and comfortable. The views are probably the best of any Airbnb and you can crack the windows and listen to the gondoliers and watch them glide by. This was a perfect stay!

Lovely area, close to everything yet tranquil and not noisy. Pleasant and spacious apartment on the second floor (no lift) overlooking internal courtyard. Impeccably clean and offering lots of extras to make your stay easy and comfortable. There were two of us and used both the double bedroom and the large sofa bed in the sitting room. We had a lovely stay and we will surely be back!

We came to Andrea's home for the second time. Clean, great location, and with a small shaded terrace (a real plus in Venice). Andréa was very welcoming and gave very good advice on the surrounding restaurants and shops. The accommodation allows very quick access to the boat for the surrounding islands, and is close to very touristy places like St Marc or Rialto while being in a quiet neighborhood without the crowds. Feel free to book if you are looking for a place to stay in Venice.

I could not fault Morena’s apartment. It was the perfect location, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Morena was very communicative and a lovely person. Highly recommend Morena’s place.

The apartment is really nice and clean. Pictures don’t really do it justice but we really liked the kitchen. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water (awesome). Also when getting to the apartment you notice there’s lots to do just a walking distance away. The apartment also is great at not letting in any street noise. You might think it will be loud but it’s really nice and quiet. I’ll hopefully be staying here again the next time we come to Venice.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

Stefano was amazing! I booked my three generation trip to Italy a year in advance and Stefano was there every step of the way. Always responsive and helpful! He set up a water taxi pick up for us when we arrived and left. He also set up a private one hour tour when we arrived with the water taxi. Great suggestions on where to eat and sites to see. Loved how his home was right by its own piazza and it was wonderful to be submersed in the local community. It was nice being here and we could walk to San Marco square, Rialto Bridge. It was nice to be outside the crowds of Venice after a fun filled day. Beautiful location and home. I would come back again and recommend to family and friends. We felt right at home. Slice of HEAVEN corner unit with views of trees, rooftops, and bell tower. I loved this apartment and didn’t want to leave (so peaceful, bright, and comfortable) but… Venice needed to be explored. The location of the unit is perfect. Very easy walk to everything, around the corner from the Ca Rezonico vaporetto stop. Lu is warm and attentive, and the apartment has everything I needed. I feel very lucky to have found Lu’s place, and if you’re on the fence… book it!

The view from the bedroom is unbelievable and spectacular and we never wanted to leave. We had the best experience here and we cannot wait to return. It was peaceful and quiet in Giudecca and a very easy 3 minute boat ride across to the main island. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and it was lovely having Ima meet us at the boat ramp when we arrived. Our hosts were responsive and kind and Venice will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. Host was super helpful and friendly, very easy to communicate. Check-in and check-out time was flexible. Host provided lots of good information about places to visit. Accommodation was clean and it felt like a home. Would recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay here - being on the canal and watching the gondolas and boats drive by was very neat. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Marco was very responsive, and it was very helpful to be able to book a private taxi through him. Sara, the woman who escorted us to the apartment, was very kind, and she had a google map of restaurant recommendations that we used throughout our trip and loved.

The apartment is such a beautiful place to stay at. The location is excellent, we found lots of things to do and we always felt safe. Andrea is a great host and provided amazing recommendations. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

If Diana Vreeland lived in Venice… Super classy apartment in a dreamy quiet courtyard. Giovanna met us at the vaperato stop and guided us to her sweet flat. Along the way she pointed out how to easily get around and talked about how things worked in her lovely home. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Home is spacious and well furnished. kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled as rest of the home is old. Home has bit of a walk from the Rialto ferry. the stay was best one could get and close to shops. 5min walk gets to most of the tourist spots. Do note there is no washing machine in the home.
