Just a 10 minute bus ride away from the center of Venice, this hotel room is a great choice if you’re trying to save some coin. The owner(who’s name I didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful teaching us how to navigate around on buses in Venice and definitely helped us not get lost. Highly recommend

Excellent everything! Very special breakfast and very comfortable room. Venice is lovely. It is an old building so there is no elevator but I think you could request a room on the first floor. Cerciórate earlier. I highly recommend this stay 🧡

Fantastic location only 15 minutes away from the main part of Venice with a wondeful little cafe (ask for Marina:) and awesome local pizzeria just around the corner. Rooms were super comfortable and had exactly what we needed. Hassan service was exceptional. He adapted our stay to exactly what we needed. His understanding and helpfulness was very much appreciated:)

My stay here was excellent and perfect. Gloria was super helpful to me, with guidance on the map of Venezia, transportation and general knowledge on the basic things for a tourist visiting Venice. She was also flexible with check in time and even checked up on me that there was no problem when I didn’t show up on time. The rooms are very neat. The entire space is very neat. There’s cleaning everyday that leaves your room smelling fresh. The WiFi was perfect. There’s also welcome water which is great. The place felt very secure with the key locks to unlock all spaces. There are restaurants just outside of the apartment, sharing same building. The bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. Everything was perfect here

An extremely lovey boutique hotel in an amazing location! We feel very fortunate to have found this little gem. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and went above and beyond at times (Thank you Antony!). The room was comfortable and has all the amenities you might need, and best of all, was very quiet! The last thing you want to deal with after a long day adventuring in the sun is dealing with drunk tourists on the streets outside your room, which in Venice, there are many. But with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear any outside noise whatsoever. I highly recommend staying here.

This place was absolutely ideal for a weekend getaway to Venice – it had everything I needed! The hosts were fantastic – not only were they incredibly friendly and warm, but they also went above and beyond to help. They provided great advice about public transport and recommended wonderful local restaurants. They even kindly held onto my bag so I could make the most of my day before a late-night flight. Truly excellent value and such thoughtful, friendly service!

Great little hotel with available lockers for luggage. Place had coffee for us in the morning and was very clean everywhere we saw. Glad the heaters worked well. It was around 4° when we got there and got toasty in just a few minutes 👍 highly recommended

It was a good experience, the room was clean and very comfy, we had a problem with the water in the shower but they fixed it immediately, the host was always kind and responsive. Ideal location close to a supermarket.

Location was great! Located between the train station and the piazza San Marco. Very centric! Very clean. Easy to access Lots of amenities nearby! Supermarket right in front of the building!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The only bad thing is that I was in number 1 and it was at the entrance, so I could hear when they opened the door. The bathroom was impeccable, everything was clean. One point in favor is that it had a dry towel, the room was at a good temperature. It's easy to get in with the keys they give you, and you can leave your luggage in a room if you arrive before check-in.

This is our first time going. It's right outside but it was easy to get there by bus. I clean everything very much, the room is very comfortable and the one we received is excellent.

Great location, just difficult to find if you don’t have access to a GPS 😅. The place was just as described, it was clean and we felt safe. I would recommend this place to a friend for sure.
