Family-friendly vacation rentals in Venice

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

The appartement is perfectly placed, walking distance to discover all the city, 2 min from vaporetto. Very clean, calm and pleasant, we had an excellent stay!

I stayed at Stefano & Pucci's place a second time, this time with friends instead of family. The apartment is just ideal. The location is great, everything is clean and functional. The beds are comfortable and the terrace is lovely. I would always book the destination again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was exactly what we expected and Rita was a great host. Nicely walkable to the boat stops and everywhere we wanted to go. Her list of suggestions were very helpful. We couldn't have had better accommodations than this sweet quiet apartment. Thanks so much for being a responsive host. Ombra was really responsive with her replies to our questions. We were met at the docks by an English speaking local who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, guilt but right in the beating heart of Venice. Loved it!!

We absolutely loved this place. It has so much character yet so many amenities. The location was fantastic! So much more enjoyable than Centro Historico. We ate twice in one day at the restaurant Emanuela recommended because it was so good!

A charming place to stay! Allows you to experience Venetian life! On the day of your departure you can even meet the local municipal service who comes to collect your waste by boat! Loved this local experience

We had a perfect stay in this apartment! Everything was spotless: impeccable cleanliness, neat and warm decoration, and many small touches that make all the difference. Communication with the host was smooth, quick and very pleasant. No complaints, everything has been thought out for the comfort of the guests. Amazing location.. Niko provided clear instructions on how to find it and I had no issues navigating with my backpack.. his instructions were perfect. I enjoyed my stay!

Claudia’s place looked exactly like the photos. It is clean, and fun to be right on the canal—We had fun waving to the boats passing by from the windows. I stayed with my 6YO daughter who now wants to live in Claudia’s apt because she loved it so much. 😊 it was the perfect space for us. I appreciates the quiet location so we could sleep well. Claudia responded very quickly to every question and request that I had. It made our trip so much easier because I had her information very quickly. I highly recommend staying in her place and look forward to a future visit.

Sandra’s place was a very clean and a welcoming stay. They recommended local restaurants, tips for travel, and was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was my wife and I’s first time traveling to Italy or abroad and do not regret our stay. Highly recommend!

We had fantastic days in Marta's cozy and beautiful apartment on the Lido and felt very comfortable! Perfect for families with children and groups of friends, spacious living room, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great balcony overlooking the Hotel Excelsior and very close to the beach. Everything is perfect and very nice. We would love to come back anytime and very much - thank you, dear Marta and dear Matteo!

The apartment of Davide and Silvia is close to Via Garibaldi and the Giardini Biennale. It has something typical Venetian, with parks, small cafes and restaurants. In addition, you are in no time at St. Mark's Square. Especially in the evening you can walk there. The apartment is very well equipped and well maintained. We felt very comfortable there.

Beautiful old stone house in a peaceful quiet area in the shade of tall trees. Great place for children with a huge garden and many places to explore. I recommend for cyclists (almost car-free cycle paths start 500 meters from the house). I recommend warm clothes and slippers, it takes a while for the house to warm up ;)

We had a very comfortable stay. It was home away from home. We would definitely return again :) Please note: the terrace and the stairs inside the apartment is not safe for toddlers. We did not allow our 2 yr old in the rooftop, nor let him up or down the stairs on his own.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s beautiful condo on the Grand Canal. Arrival was easy…we were provided excellent directions to self check in after dark. The location is amazing! We loved sitting and watching and listening to sounds of the traffic on the canal. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you feel like you stepped back in time. The bath/shower is unique but it adds to the general ambiance of the place. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!!

Everything was great, Luca was super friendly. If we go back to Venice, let's repeat! The house is located a few meters from a bus stop that in 19 minutes leaves you in Venice. It's great! Everything was clean, and we had a place to leave the car, the area also felt super safe. The house is spacious, and with many amenities, I loved it!

When looking for lodging in Venice proper, the task can be quite daunting. Frederico’s apartment stood out to us for its walkable location and his quick response time to questions before we booked. The apartment is located nearby a ferry stop from the airport, delightful restaurants, coffee and shopping. The large apartment is located overlooking a beautiful canal, on a third floor walk up that has easy to navigate stairs. Wide open floor plan with two bathrooms, two large bedrooms with double beds a very functional kitchen and great living space. Frederico’s kind nature and easy communication was a highlight of our trip. For the price the space was very affordable, if you want a comfortable stay in a quiet Venice area, this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed our time at the apartment. It’s in a great location, and Viorica made sure that we were taken care of.
