A great experience. The apartment was exactly as advertised and in the location mentioned. The host gave very useful information needed to get to Venice and enjoy the stay. You can book this one with confidence!

This was a fantastic property in Venice very close to the Rialto Bridge. Thank you Alessandro for sharing your lovely property. We had a wonderful time with family and this home was the perfect place to make memories. Alessandro spent quite a bit of time with us during check-in to go over a map of Venice. He shared many non-tourist details and recommendations about the area. The breakfast spread was extensive - pastry, yogurt, juice, coffee, sweets, nuts, etc. The four bedrooms were a good size and each had a private, large bath. There was no living room but the kitchen with its dining table was a good place to hang out and we didn't miss a living room very much. I highly recommend this property with no reservations.

Fantastic apartment. Spotlessly clean and huge - three bathrooms between 6 of us was perfect. Comfortable beds, lovely terrace and a great location on a buzzy street very close to the Biennale sites. Kitchen also very well equipped. Lionella who greeted us and showed us around the apartment was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Outstanding stay !! The appartment located in an old Palazzo is a gem : superb views on Venice, very relaxing and soothing design, high end features and extremely confortable layout. The location is also great, only 5 minutes away from San Marco, and very close to most iconic point of interests. Last but not least, Mario has been an amazing host for us arranging transfers and providing very valuable info during our stay. We would not want to experience Venice another way !

Had an amazing stay at Alberto and Federica’s apartment! The location was perfect, and the terrace made our whole stay. They were on hand to answer any questions that we had.

L’appartamento a Venezia è stato semplicemente perfetto! Pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli, è stato il luogo ideale per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per esplorare la città, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla per riposare. L’host è stato super disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornirci consigli utilissimi. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Very nice and large palazzo. Great to have 3 large bedrooms and the common areas. Location is very good, easy to get around. Good help with water taxis and restaurants. Only consideration is the palazzo is on third floor with 60 steps up. This could be an issue if mobility is limited. Limited air conditioning has been mentioned but was not an issue for us.

Natalia is super responsible and welcoming! She asked initiatively if we want to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. The house is big and clean, it's even enough for 10 residence. She even prepares slippers and restaurants suggestions (pretty delicious), which is super considerate and I never met such nice house host like her before. By using the coffee machine she offered, I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups, but she cared about my health first and require no compensation, so sweet! I would strongly recommend this house to every tourist!

What an amazing apartment in a great location! Our family of 5 had plenty of room in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. The location can’t be beat…an approximate 5-minute walk from St Marks Square yet felt far less touristy and less crowded than other parts of Venice. The apartment was also easy to get to from the train station (we took a water taxi to San Angelo and had a 5-minute walk). Host Marco was communicative and checking in was easy (Mr Sandy met us at the unit to let us in and show us around). 5 stars…thank you!

The home had great character with historic movie-like decor yet updated bathrooms and kitchen . Perfect for a a family or group of 6. Was much bigger and roomier than expected giving everyone privacy . Walking distance to Rialto Bridge and lots of interesting restaurants . Minutes to water taxis.

a pochi passi da una bellissima piazzetta in centro a Venezia, questo alloggio permette di godersi sia la visita dei monumenti (fermata vaporetto e stazione a due passi) che la vita cittadina nell'incantevole campo San Giacomo. Jelena è un host eccezionale, premurosa, gentile e produttiva. Accoglienza perfetta, quando torno a Venezia sicuro che ritorno da lei.

Apartamento perfeito, amplo, ventilado, limpo e cheiroso, com wifi excelente e vaga de estacionamento. Fomos recebidos pela Manuela que é uma querida! Garantiu uma ótima experiência de checkin, além da flexibilidade de horário. Fica em frente ao ponto do ônibus que passa de 10 em 10min e leva direto a Veneza em menos de 20 minutos. Muito prático e econômico, já que o bus custa 3€ ida e volta. Na rua ao lado tem uma padaria com um atendimento ótimo e um café da manhã muito bom, além de supermercado muito próximo. As camas são confortáveis, a cozinha equipada, o secador de cabelos é ótimo e, mesmo o aquecimento da água sendo por boyler, conseguimos em 5 pessoas tomar banhos confortáveis... enfim, nossa hospedagem foi excelente e fico até com receio de estar esquecendo algum ponto e ser injusta, pois realmente foram dias muito bons! Agradeço aos anfitriões por disponibilizarem um apartamento tão bem cuidado e, se um dia voltar a Veneza, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente!

Great sized apartment in a great location. Was great to have 4 bedrooms for 4 guests. Walkable to all the major tourist attractions and very easy to get to train station by water taxi or walking

We have stayed at many places in Venice over the years but none as nice as Niki’s. What an amazing apartment! Perfect location, spacious, comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Niki was an incredible host, very friendly, responsive to any questions or needs we had and just made us feel at home. Cannot wait to return!

What a fantastic find! We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was absolutely amazing and it was so wonderful to live in a Venetian home with so much history. I opened my windows every morning to a beautiful view of the canals. We were in Venice on a choir trip and all our friends were so jealous when they visited. They were stuck in tiny hotel rooms and paid more than twice what we did! Our key got stuck in the lock and Alice responded immediately which was a great relief. The only drawback was the WiFi- in some areas of the house the connection wasn't good. Easily solved by leaving the doors open or moving to a part of the house where the connection is stronger. The house can get a tad chilly so be sure to bring warm clothes for sleeping. We enjoyed soaking in the tub and enjoying meals together in the spacious kitchen. The place is a short 20+ min walk to the train station and easy to reach from the airport. Thanks for the perfect week in Venice!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Alessandra verbracht! Das Haus war in absolutem Neuzustand – alles tipptopp gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft schön und sehr ruhig gelegen, dabei aber hervorragend erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit einwandfrei, Alessandra und ihre Familie sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders ihre Schwester Valentina war sehr freundlich, auch ihr Mann war super nett – wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Kinder waren begeistert: Es gab viele Spielmöglichkeiten und Fahrräder, sodass ihnen nie langweilig wurde. Alles war blitzsauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Sogar als wir etwas vergessen hatten, wurde es uns unkompliziert nachgeschickt – die Kommunikation klappte jederzeit problemlos. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich von Herzen empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.
