Although it was our first time in mumbai, the studio felt completely like home, with all the kitchen facilities and amenities. The place was clean and the breakfast served in the morning was extremely delicious. The caretaker Babu Kaka was available at all times for anything we required. 10 on 10 recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Shibu's place! The home was cozy and welcoming, truly making us feel at ease during our visit. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, making our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Thank you for hosting us we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This was a very relaxing stay. I had booked this Airbnb because of its proximity to where my friends stay. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler, and I loved coming back everyday after my adventures around the city. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the week. I would definitely come and stay again if the opportunity arises.

The overall experience with Abdul ji was amazing! Had a wonderful & comfortable time! Even if the building is old it has all the amenities which is great! Maintenance and cleanliness was on point! Best part was that Abdul ji personally takes care of things and is available for chats and recommendations which is very helpful! It’s feels like a cozy home - a perfect location near Kokilaben hospital, Versova metro station and restaurants, rickshaws at night, walk infront in a park! It’s for a family rather than a younger set of people as he is strict about that! Great stay and a very sweet warm host and hospitality! Thank you and u will be back!
