A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

Amit and Caroline are great hosts and the property is exactly as they have described it. We booked in at the last moments (in fact a couple of hours before we headed in) and Amit was very responsive and helped us with all information that we needed. The place is located at about 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai (Airport) and an esy drive once you're out of Mumbai traffic. It is located in a beautiful outland with sparse civilization. That makes the getaway very peaceful and private. There's a lake within 5 minute walk - with lovely mountain views and green meadows. The house itself is very well equipped - simple and elegant. We cooked ourselves simple and delicious breakfasts with the ingredients and utelsils that were on the house. For the other meals there is a menu available from a nearby restaurant - but we did not venture in on that. Amit and Caroline's hosting was par excellence. They are great hosts - and have everything sorted, to make their guests comfortable. Great stay!

Me & my family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa nestled among the hills and tranquil waters of Mulshi Lake. The views were magical, the vibe peaceful, and the villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt like a private retreat. We loved the massive swimming pool and relaxing outdoor spaces — perfect for unwinding. Best part? They welcomed our furry friend too, and my dog had just as much fun as we did! Huge thanks to Abhishek and his amazing team for being so warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in nature.

A Cosy Cabin Escape That Stays With You🪵🍃✨ This cabin is pure magic. Nestled deep in the forest, it offers the perfect mix of peace, comfort, and natural beauty. Waking up to the view of the lake from bed, with the soft sound of leaves rustling, was incredibly calming — it felt like nature’s lullaby. The space is cosy and thoughtfully set up, with a sweet little kitchen, all the essentials, and a lovely outdoor area with We played badminton, enjoyed quiet indoor games, and simply relaxed — it was everything we hoped for and more. The hosts were kind, responsive, and always just a text or call away, which made us feel truly cared for. Yes, it’s the wilderness, so a few bugs are expected — but honestly, the beauty of the place far outweighs that. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already dreaming of coming back for a longer stay. A perfect escape that fills your Heart 💓

I’ve been to this place twice before, it’s our go to when we would like to shut down from the world and rejuvenate. The place allows you to cook with all the necessary arrangements and also has provisions like puzzle, carrom, and other games for leisure. Thank you for having us, will visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were excellent: welcoming, attentive, and made our experience even better. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We were 5 friends who booked this property last minute. It's definitely worth it for the view and location! The space is huge and can easily accommodate 7-8 people. From the lawn to the kitchen, house has been maintained very well and far exceeds your expectations. Host was helpful for giving food recommendations and contacts and reachable all the time. One suggestion would be to have a Cook at the property to make fresh food because once you step in you wouldn't wanna leave the property, but it's still manageable. :) Without any second thoughts will definitely come back.
