Stunning views and beach access (less than 5 minutes walk). ** Back garden is currently under construction, but contraction will pause from 2024 May to September. So the grill and outdoor seatings have moved to the patio of the front of the house, facing the ocean view directly. (See listing patio pictures for reference.)**
