Had a great stay. Cottage was perfect. The fireplace and jetted tub were nice touches. Clean. Nice location.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Perfect for two people. Great communication from owner and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Price was cheaper than any nearby hotel and a lot nicer than any hotel we’ve stayed at in that area. Would definitely book again for future stays!

This place is MAGICAL!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Every detail has been thought of to make the property a relaxing oasis. It’s extremely quiet, spacious, and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the freestanding tub and outdoor shower were so fun to enjoy. The property is on a huge piece of land with a river and forest. Host was quick to respond and to everything. Truly so special. We’ll be back!!

It is a beautiful, relaxing space. Van Alstyne is kind of the middle of nowhere, but it was about 20 minutes away from Fairview (NOT during rush hour) which isn’t bad.
