Homer was very helpful and responsive. The home was exactly as described/pictured. Would definitely stay again!

Really clean and well kept spot. Well stocked and amazing local guide very thoughtfully prepared. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. The one thing you can’t see in the photos is how close the neighbors are, but we didn’t have any issues with the neighboring homes either. Overall, really nice stay and a great host.

Ponder's cozy country cottage is my absolute favorite place to stay when I'm in Sherman, I've stayed 3 times now. It's so peaceful there, I adore the farm setting, and yet it's just 10 minutes from anything you'd need in town. Sunrise & sunset are perfect for sitting on front / back porches. Thanks again, I'll definitely be back :)

Great place! We opted for the parking behind the gate, which was nice. Also great backyard area if you are traveling with a pet. Would recommend and would stay here again.

This casita is amazingly cute and very well built. We really enjoyed the privacy and the park like grounds of this property. Watching the ducks land on the pond in the morning and stargazing at night made for a relaxing stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We have already discussed another trip to the area just so we could stay in the Casita 2 on this gorgeous ranch again.

This place is amazing. It is on a beautiful ranch with gorgeous views of pool and pond through the fireplace wall of windows. Everything is high-end, soft and cozy. It was even decorated for Christmas during our stay!

We can't say enough about how beautiful this cabin is, we even booked another night because we didn't want to leave! Perfect get-away, peaceful and a great view. We can't wait to come back and are definitely gonna bring the family in the spring to enjoy everything this property has to enjoy!
