Waterfront vacation rentals in Utrecht

We like the room very much. It’s warm in the winter and well quipped. Its location is convenient for tourists. If we have another opportunity to travel Netherlands, we would definitely choose this room again.

Alida is an amazing host. The place looked amazing and felt very homie. My friends and I felt very comfortable and safe! I struggled a little bit with opening the gate to park the car, Alida helped us out remotely and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our time. Overall, great stay! I plan to come back during the summer, and I hope to stay there again.

Staying at Kim’s place in Amsterdam for the second time was amazing! The apartment is comfortable and well-located. Kim was extremely professional and helpful, always reaching out to provide guidance and ensure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happiness Place. We felt very welcomed by Rob und especially enjoyed his fine collection of music.

The apartment was well located in a quiet area, but close enough to get anywhere you need to go. A grocery store just around the corner was very convenient. The host Justus was very communicative and left a very helpful guidebook. Heaters in all rooms ensured we were kept warm during the cold Utrecht winter. I would recommend this apartment for families. The area is very quiet and the apartment is spacious.

Had a nice stay. If I am in the area again, I would like to stay there again. But then with fewer bags :)) everything you bring the 2 stairs to the attic must of course also come down with you later;) The room was very spacious. Nicely decorated and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and ready if you need something. Even though you don't actually meet, they make you feel very good about the hospitality.

The place is a dream, very open and yet the personal spaces feel very private. If you go with kids as a couple, this place is great for privacy. Many towels at our disposal which was great. I went with my friends and daughter. I didn’t use transportation. We had a private parking spot which was awesome. Thank you for everything. You can feel at home here. Very recommended!

Richard was extremely helpful even after we had a small issue getting into the Airbnb super late at night (past midnight), and throughout our stay they made sure we had everything, and had some great recommendations! we provided some feedback to them on a few very minor inconveniences we had during our trip which I have full confidence they will have corrected before the next person stays there. Would absolutely stay here again.

Anna was very helpful, the house was lovely wr had great time. The only negative is need a car as we spent 3x more on taxis to get around. even the nearest shop was an hour walk across the water. only downside can give.

This house was in a beautiful location and absolutely incredible. Slept our group of 8 easily and had amazing coffee. The yogurt was also incredible. I would 100% stay here again!

The stay in this house was very nice! It's a really quiet and private place. You can sit outside, there are bicycles at your disposal and inside it is cozy. We could walk beautifully nearby. The house was clean, the communication was good and fast and the bed is really nice!! It is also mouse quiet at night. Recommended!

The stay was great. José always responded quickly and kindly. The jetty at the reception was very narrow. Otherwise tip top quiet location and a great lake. I highly recommend it.

Very sweet friendly host. She is very welcoming and serves a delicious breakfast. The cottage is nicely (brocante) furnished with all amenities. The beds were wonderful.

Our stay at "Place under the trees" was wonderfully relaxed. You walk from the cottage in no time into the woods for a nice walk and during the autumn you get a beautiful confetti with every gust of colored leaves. After the walk, settle in the cozy living room by the fireplace with a book or under the skylight at the dining table. There are plenty of books and magazines to entertain your hours. Or you can go into the sauna or hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a simple meal. We also slept wonderfully under the thick duvets. In short, everything you need for a relaxing weekend, away from the hustle and bustle, is present. We will come back in the summer to also enjoy the swimming pond.

We had the absolute best time staying at Nicolette’s beautiful home! She was so wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful situated with the best river view and the town of Maarssen is just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend that anyone visiting this area should stay here! Nicolette is very kind and is a wonderful and attentive host!!!!

Mandy is very nice and helpful. She answers very quick your questions. The apartment is very nice direct at the water and one minute from many shops and restaurants, but it is very quiet in the street and the apartment. I recommend the apartment. I can't imagine, you find a better obe in Amersfoort.

Lots of space and great location if you plan to drive around. The view of the canal was very fun to have.

Linda's place is fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She truly thought of everything, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the centrum, with easy access to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transit. On a nice day, you can even walk to the central station in just 20 minutes. Throughout our stay, Linda was incredibly communicative, offering helpful tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We were also really grateful for the flexible check-in time, which allowed us to drop our bags and start exploring right away. Having stayed at numerous Airbnbs on multiple continents, Linda’s place stands out as one of the best ever. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amersfoort.

Maxime's apartment is very nice and equipped, in line with the photos and very comfortable. Maxime was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on how to get to Amsterdam and what to do. The house is in a very nice location, definitely beautiful in the summer. We stayed at New Year's Eve and it was perfect as a foothold and then visit Amsterdam.l, easily reachable by car in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Six of us had a great weekend. The living room and dining area were sufficiently large and very nicely furnished. We really liked the location and the view. However, the stairs in the house are very steep. For adults who are good on foot, however, it is no problem. Glad to come back!
