Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Utrecht

It was a very nice short vacation

We loved this beautiful home in a tranquil setting. It is decorated like AD and we were welcomed with goodies and breakfast supplies, what a kind treat! Kirsten and her husband were so helpful and always available. Great location to visit Amersfoort and Utrecht. We’d be happy to stay forever!

The villa exceeded our expectations. The property exudes a nice ambiance and you feel right at home. Everything was prepared so that you could immediately enjoy the holiday to the fullest. Jop is a friendly generous host who goes out of her way to make your stay as cozy as possible. If you have any questions, someone will be available immediately. This vacation was unforgettable. We are definitely planning to come back again. We thank Jop for this great experience at his villa.

The house is charming, otpimal space for our family of 4. All was perfect from rooms to the terrace and the outside space with trampoline and hot tub. We had amazing few days here. The communication with Dimitri was really easy as well which made our stay even more pleasant.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 4 children. Merel was extremely responsive before and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The house is about 25 minutes outside of Amsterdam which was perfect for us. The little town is lovely - really picturesque and some great restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk. There was also a supermarket, coffee shop so you have everything you need. The house itself had lots of space and was very well set up for families - the children loved the hot tub! Thank you for a lovely stay!

New, clean, comfortable and lovely cottage. Garden is well fenced so that small children, dog can safely get outside and you have plenty of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pans etc for cooking. Nice shower. Great beds - mattresses on firm side. Stairs up are very steep but safe. In addition to football fields, but not a burden. Rooster crows close to sunrise. You will need a car to get to amenities.

Thomas is very friendly and responsive. The place is perfect to relax. We enjoyed and will be back soon.

Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

What a incredible accommodation. We loved our stay in the area which is surrounded by a beautiful forest and sand-dunes. And the wellness, spa & Jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

BEAUTIFUL home; the pictures do no justice. There was eclectic art everywhere and chic little surprises throughout. Incredible garden and outdoor patio. It felt like worlds away from Amsterdam but was only a 25-35 minute drive, and gave a great peek at the countryside. As is common for old homes, a few things did not work but if you are easygoing then it shouldn’t be a problem :) Super communicative host! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Dear Maaike, dear Robert, you have created a wonderful relaxing place. Thanks for letting us stay with you. We are still very touched by your incredible hospitality, warmth and helpfulness. You could arrive, unpack your suitcases and immediately relax and enjoy and feel at home. It's all as the others have described it: great amenities, very clean (everything smelled so great and fresh👍) Furnishings well maintained and on top of that the use of Jacuzzi, fitness and sauna. Thank you very much for the nice holiday! It was a nice cottage, good jacuzzi, and very attentive hosts. There were bath robes, towels, tea, wine, chocolates, herbs, etc., all present. Gregor responded right away when we had a question about the jacuzzi and even suggested to come by to arrange it for us. Very nice!! Sparkling clean cottage with nice beds. From the cottage you can walk into the woods, wonderful with the dog.

Our stay at Danny and Martin's cottage was very nice. Beautiful clean cottage. And you'll walk right into the woods. Communication with Danny and Martin was also very smooth. I definitely recommend this cottage!

Very pleasant stay, as we already knew in advance it is a very noisy house. We didn't mind at all! Very neat condition, nice that bed linen and towels were provided. Beautiful garden that we had a lot of fun in. Ideal to come with children. We enjoyed it!
