Warm welcome by Helma and Marco, I even got a bowl of soup upon arrival ! Apart from some noise due to the strong winds outside, I spent a great 2 nights at their home.

very, very friendly host. They replied very quick and we could easily arrange details about the check in and check out. Our rooms (also the bath room) were very clean. The breakfast was also comprehensive. The accommodation is very commendable and if we stay ever again in Utrecht we will defenitely book it again.

The Beuker family's house is lovely, you feel very warmly welcomed. We felt very comfortable ! The huge garden, surrounded by water, with many animals is particularly beautiful. Our dog also felt well taken care of. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and had a really great time! Thanks 😊

A great place to stay, fantastically located with a beautiful garden not far from the water. Gerda goes above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. She makes the yogurt and bread from the early bird herself and often asks what she can do good. The room is clean and comfortable, just like the bathroom and toilet. highly recommended

The location is fantastic, you feel the history in this building, beautiful environment inside and outside the apartment. Rene is a great friendly host and helped us when we had a question or need anything.

In early August I stayed a night with my daughter in the Apple orchard. We were quickly helped and soon felt at home. We slept well and also had a good breakfast the next morning!

Lovely place with extraordinarily friendly hosts. We really liked the rooms. It is spacious and stylishly decorated, with a nice bathroom and nice beds. In the space outside the rooms was a large table with games, coffee and tea, nice to spend the evening. Breakfast was beyond amazing: delicious food and beautifully decorated. It's highly recommended to stay here!

Thank you so much Nella ! I came to do the marathon of Amsterdam and I needed to feel comfortable and it was the case. Nella’s husband proposed to take me near to the Olympic stadium, the departure of the marathon instead of taking an Uber! I thank you so much I really appreciated this :) The place was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The Bread was warm and tasty. I recommend Nella ! Do not hesitate to reserve ! Very good choice :D
