Tolus house was perfectly lovely as is Tolus. Everything was spotless clean and a lot of thought went into all the extra amenities. We felt very much at home. Tulus house has a great vibe to it. It's bright, cheerfull and comfy. Tolus is a tremendous host, responds immediately and is thoughtfully concerned that her guests e joy their stay....couldn't ask for a better host.

We had a truly unforgettable family Easter weekend at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our holiday meals together. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the backyard and outdoor area, while the adults appreciated the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere, next to the fire pit and the lake. We also loved how pet friendly the home was, our furry family member had a blast too! Location wise, it was ideal close enough to stores and activities, but tucked away enough to enjoy quiet time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, reconnect, and make memories. We absolutely loved the house! It looked exactly like the pictures—new, clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The thoughtful decor really added to the holiday spirit. The only minor suggestion we have is that it would be great to have a big dining table in the main house, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything else was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time at Teddi’s place. Gorgeous scenery. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 4. Kitchen is great and garage hang out area is a nice bonus.

Chris’s place was perfect and comfortable for our visit to see our son’s event at Syracuse University. Apprx a 10 min drive to stores, restaurants and school. We will be back in the late fall for family weekend hoping to enjoy the very nice pool/cabana area!

We came up to see the Baseball Hall of Fame with my Father. We had a great time here. Heated pool, great location in a private setting and just a few minutes from the HOF. The home has everything you need and is well kept. Michelle was helpful and quick to respond with questions. High quality host. Our second time using one of their managed properties and had a blast. I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!

Alex was an excellent host, communicative from start to finish. The house was lovely and perfect for three sets of parents visiting their kids at Colgate. It was comfortable and clean with lots of style and flare and everything you could need in the kitchen. Alex was also very understanding of a spill (tomato sauce on the dining room rug) and our attempts to clean it. A great all around and comfortable experience!

I stayed here for my best friends wedding. I highly recommend this space for anyone getting married at the Cannery or attending a wedding at this venue. It is honestly in the backyard and made the wedding day stress free!

Beautiful house and location! We had not planned to stay in upstate NY but glad we did. The lake is beautiful- the house has everything you could need. Close to Cooperstown!

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

This was such a pleasant place to stay. Very clean and roomie. Lots of places to eat and visit near by. Excellent host and very responsive. I will definitely be back!!

Comfortable, cozy stay, close to the lake, house was fully furnished with everything necessary especially in the kitchen. Quick responses from home owner and flexible which was convenient. Early check -in and late check-out was a plus also

Emily was one of the best hosts I have had. Very quick to respond and flexible. The area received 1.5-2' of lake effect snow by 9am that morning, Emily made sure that the driveway was plowed out for us by the time we got there and made sure that we were ok to get in. This is a great little lake cabin for a weekend fishing trip or a trip away from home. FYI, the sand bar and grill 1.5 miles down the road has great food at great prices.

The home was in pristine condition. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked. The bathrooms had the fluffiest towels and robes. We loved the decor and all the gorgeous plants. The street is quiet and private. We will definitely book here again if we get the opportunity.
