Vacation rentals with a patio in Utica

My wife and I celebrated our 1 yr anniversary. It was the perfect place to celebrate our love. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful surroundings. Perfect for us as we like to stay low key and humble. Definitely would recommend

Our stay was great! The hosts were super kind, accommodating and friendly! The instructions were clear and the space was so perfect :) We’d love to stay again when in the area!

We love Bianka’s place, both The Studio and the Sweet Pea Suite. Comfortable and cozy. Bianka is a great host. We look forward to staying there when in Little Falls.

This is a beautiful stay, very close to the shops in Fayetteville. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, fantastic place to stay!

Juan was not only a spectacular host, but ensured that the space was not just clean, but pristine. He made it a point to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and happy. I could gush about how nice it was to rent Juan’s place for DAYS, but do yourself a favor and check his space out. Better than the local hotels, comfortable, quiet, and Juan treats his guests better than 98% of the local hotels. If I’m back in the area at any point, I will ABSOLUTELY rent with Juan again, 17/10.

We felt immediately at home when I walked through the door! very comfortable and clean. It was nice to stay with a full kitchen to make sides to bring to my mom's for Thanksgiving day ☺️ The desk in the corner of the living room was a nice touch was able to get some work done comfortably!! Everything was nice and clean! such a cute apartment! We would love to stay again while visiting the area! Thanks again for the cozy home away from home!

I traveled with 2 of my teenagers and this space worked out great for the 3 of us. The cleanliness was immaculate, as if no one had ever stayed there. The house and decor was updated. The location was great to be close to SUNY cortland. The host was very accommodating. I loved the peacefulness of the sunroom. The neighborhood was very quiet. I’m very happy I found this place for us, we definitely would love to come back

Everything was wonderful. Christian is a proactive and responsive host. The house was clean as could be, and as peaceful as expected!

The townhome was nice and comfortable. It was centrally located to where we were visiting relatives. The host responded quickly to an issue with the door lock. I would stay here again.

Was perfect for our short getaway, cleaning fee could have been reduced since we were there only 1 night and very little cleaning was needed

Paula's home away from home was a great stay and the homemade bread with farm fresh eggs was greatly appreciated!

What a treat it was to stay in Monamin’s house. The surrounding area was gorgeous, we were lucky to visit during peak fall in upstate New York. The house was clean and comfortable, our host had even turned on the fireplace and heated the hot tub for our arrival! My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the house and the hot tub, we loved watching the mountains and night sky. We would love to stay here again!

Prime location for everything right downtown. Convenient parking available for reasonable fee. Spacious for three or four. Half bath on main level very useful.

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

Justin was an amazing host, from the moment we arrived he made us feel at home and very comfortable. His communication is the best of any host I’ve had, not to mention his space is beautiful and in a prime time location. We will most definitely be returning. A huge plus is all new high end appliances. Justin is from the area and can give recommendations as well! Absolute 10/10 experience, if you’re debating on staying here, look no further than this review!

Great place to stay right in the center of night life. very lively and vibrant setting. The parking garage is underneath the location for easy access. very busy area on the weekend late night so expect some noise. Really walkable yo many bars restaurants and gym facilities. Would definitely stay again.

First time in Syracuse alone and this place went above and beyond my expectations. I loved staying here. It felt like a retreat of how peaceful it was. I would definitely come back. Felt right at home, such an educated and well mannered family. Thank you for having me!
