Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Utica

This unit was very clean and well suited with everything needed. While staying in a barn, it didn’t feel like one as it was very new and updated with a modern feel. The host Mike was very friendly and even showed us around his barn with the animals.

A beautiful private little are to enjoy a modern feel in a rustic area. We truly enjoyed our stay and very clean, Nadia was great with being proactive with any potential issues l, great recommendations and a super easy check in, would stay again for sure.

Stayed a weekend at Alycia’s wonderful rental for some snowmobiling. Close to the trails, a gas station across the street and a restaurant within walking distance. What more could you ask for! Alycia was a wonderful host, very responsive and her Airbnb was extremely clean, well stocked and pet friendly! I would highly recommended this Airbnb we will be back! Thanks for a fabulous weekend getaway!

Debi and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s, and this was, by far, the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have had to date! Cannot recommend Hewerton’s place enough. Classic renovated building, beautiful individual space, and close to all you need!

This was a great place to stay! The apartment was clean and spacious—better than the photos. A very short walk onto Main St and all that Cooperstown has to offer. Check in was easy and they were able to accommodate an early check in. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Great quiet place with easy access to local attractions. Space is comfortable for a number of people, local restaurants were friendly and close by. We enjoyed our stay for sure!

Great and quiet location. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked and just what we needed for our dinner and breakfast. Lots of complimentary items if someone forgot something. Place is even baby and pet ready if you needed. We even had plenty of deer to greet us in the morning right outside the sliding door.

The location is very close to family in the area, and as a kid, I would visit grandparents every summer and run the streets in the neighborhood. Pretty nostalgic, while a lot has changed since then. The massage chair, while really making a presence in the room, definitely relieved some pain! We had a lot of snow and each time I went to leave the snow had been cleared and stairs de-iced (that was a very appreciated gesture!) One of the best parts of this area is Deli Tacos!! Very authentic Mexican food with great service. Being here in winter with snow was quiet and thought inspiring. This place would be great for anyone visiting or working in the area and has great value with 3 bedrooms - the only drawback is only 1 bathroom. For times with 4 or more people this can get tricky getting everyone out of the house. We visited Howe Caverns, Cooperstown and Canajohare Falls. Massive barns, farms, Amish buggies, old homes and snow made our trip.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Comfortable, clean three bedroom place with space to hang out and the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable and Erica left treats and nice products for use. She was friendly, professional and responsive. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Cozy, cute and very clean! It was nice being able to bring my elderly dog with me and also not pay an outrageous cleaning fee as we are very clean! The beds were also extremely comfortable!

Beautiful home in a lovely setting. Truly a home away from home!

This was our first visit. It was easy to relax in this cottage, and the full kitchen is really great to have available. We came in the midst of the polar vortex so could not go outside but spent the evening watching the great TV system, which worked really well. The bed was really comfy too!

This is my second time staying at one of Kevin’s places. They are economical, clean, and all you need for place to rest your head. Kevin is friendly and very responsive and is a local host.

This place was beyond amazing and peaceful ! I loved that there was space heaters through the house.

Casa Lago (upper) is the place to be! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as it was colorful, clean, and spacious . The decor adds that extra happiness of being at the beach. Location is key, and Casa Lago is in a prime spot within walking distance to all the fun Sylvan Beach has to offer! The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! We enjoyed the music from Harpoon Eddies (next door) each evening on the deck. Codey was a great host! He responded to any questions we had in stellar time, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We have been visiting Sylvan Beach for 30+ years, and staying at Casa Lago just made it all the more special this year!

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

We love the space it's our second time staying there. you cannot beat The View

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

We had a great stay at Troy ’s Airbnd . It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Troy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. I will definitely book again .Highly recommended!

We did a last minute Christmas stay at this property and it was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed, and the owners were extremely responsive when we had questions. Beautiful location and wonderful service!
