Perfect house and property for family with kids and pets! We stayed over Christmas and the hosts decorated for Christmas, including a regular sized tree. It was so lovely to have personal touches over the holiday. I highly appreciated the dog-friendly inclusions and clear instructions for entry, exits and house rules. We loved the privacy, wildlife and sunrises.

This home is in a beautiful, nature all around setting with a creek/river practically at the door step. The daily friendly revisiting deer, playful Blue Jay's at back bird feeder, etc..very 😎cool!!. The home was exceptionally stocked with anything/everything one could possibly need for a restful & relaxing stay... soo comfy, cozy & super clean! The hosts were quick to respond to our reach outs & very accommodating. Their goal was to fully support & quickly address whatever question we had to ensure our stay was nothing but enjoyable 😉.

My family and I have stayed at Holly House several times and love the cozy vibe! This is always our first choice when visiting Buckhannon. Carolyn is a fantastic host!
