We so enjoyed communicating with both Martyn and Roben. They were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was a cozy garden cottage with everything needed to enjoy our 3+ week stay. The cottage was like AirBnB used to be with great service and staying in a home. Public transportation is within 5 min for both the tram and metro to get you into the city. The Northcote High Street is within 5-10 min walk and has a tram, if needed, to take you to restaurants and supermarkets. I definitely would stay here in the future and would recommend to others for a long stay.

Overall a beautiful location, quiet, fairly private, and good spaces. Great views and amazing sunsets, especially this time of the year (December). And a lot of bunnies and kangaroos come out at night! Amenities all good, and really the only thing was the towels could have been a little softer, but that's it! :-) No shops, cafes or restaurants within walking distance, but a short 5 minute drive to Whittlesea for a morning coffee.. it is along a long stretch of dirt road, but this is country VIC, so plenty of those around!

I only had the chance to stay at this gorgeous spot for one night, but it was a truly peaceful and relaxing stay. I was lucky enough to experience a lovely summer rainstorm overnight, and waking up to the sounds of local wildlife was so peaceful. The accommodations were very comfortable, and I’ll definitely be checking availability the next time I’m in the area!
